The installation was very poor. The installers did not replace the cover and wiring for my outdoor water cut off and I did not discover it for a week and it filled up with water and I was physically unable to put the cover back on and had to call on a neighbor to help me. The installers left a part uninstalled and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with it and there was no instruction manual left for me and the dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes.

Bought in December to be installed in January, didn’t happen scheduled 3 more times installer wouldn’t install…..2 times then they brought the dishwasher and left it in the living room stating “they’ll be back to install it” 5 days later they unwrapped it and it was so dented you couldn’t even open the door.

Pathetic.......... who's bright idea was it to get rid of the geek squad in house group? The outsourced installers did not know how to install a garbage disposal. At least they were honest about it. The company had to fly someone up to Alaska just to take of the back log. Poor management. Ordered in November Installed in January.

After they left I discovered that they never connected the drain hose for the dishwasher. They left it running when they completed their work so if I had not noticed it when I did there would have been several gallons of water pumped onto my kitchen floor. Luckily I was able to attach the drain hose myself before the dishwasher reached the drain cycle.

I purchased a dishwasher and waited ten days for delivery due to Holiday rush ? Our old dishwasher was out of commission. The dishwasher arrived and the technician would not install it because the valve onthe water had a slow drip. I was told ompany policy would not allow installation. Two days later a technician from a local repair firm installed it without problem it it took two hours. Best Buy refunded my delivery charge. I canceled a future order and have no intention of ever doing business with them again.

The dishwasher appears to be defective as inside of the door and inside the entire cabinet remains wet after finishing the wash. The dishes are dry. The door is warped, but the installers got it to work, and stay sealed after closing. The first installers never checked the machine. as it turned out there was no water coming in, even though the water was turned on to the machine. They put two kinks in the metal clad hose as they forced it up from the basement below. Machine needs to be replaced. No photo's at this time.

The installers were going to unbox the dishwasher in the rain until we asked them to bring it inside. Top of dishwasher insulation was wet so we asked them to use the insulation from old dishwasher instead. They complained about prior dishwasher install as being wrong (which was done by Best Buy as well). They also did not center the dishwasher so one side is wider than the other. So much more, but tired of reliving the nightmare.

Installer called to say he'd be her in 30 minutes. I asked if he had the necessary brackets. Nope, but said he'd track them down. Never heard back from him. Tried to contact him on the original number that he called on and mailbox wasn't set up. Tried texting and got no reply...........

After two failed visits by Best Buy’s contractors I was told I needed a plumber to install a small valve in the water supply line. When I got the plumber out to do that, he simply went ahead and installed the dishwasher too. The Best Buy installers were useless. I won’t buy another appliance from Best Buy because of their incompetent installers

Best buy has failed again, installer was great, problem is with best buy. 5 months waiting installed new dishwasher does not work leaking from the top and has nothing to do with installation, Have been waiting a month to get it fixed no luck with best buy 3 appointments has been cancelled by you for no reason and dishwasher STILL NOT WORKING???!!!

We had to have our dishwasher installed 2 times and they had to come out a 3rd time to secure the dishwasher. They did try to work around my schedule, since I had to have them come out so many times.

The installers were nice enough, but in my opinion, their work was very sloppy. They drilled into my new cabinets to place the hoses, which is ok. But they did not just drill a clean hole. They split the wood leaving about a two-three inch splintered section of wood. My poor brand new cabinets. Also, they cut the laminate on the front when installing the dishwasher. I had to have the cabinet guys come out. They said they would have to take off the entire sheet of laminate to repair the cut. Instead they tried to glue the rip down. We will wait and see how it holds up.

Installation was delayed numerous times without any communication with me. This cause a significant impact on our household numerous times in addition there was inconsistencies about the status of the appliance’s location. The geek squad service desk promised to comp the cost of the installation. Afterwards I was told I would only receive up to $50 gift card. Regardless, to date I have neither heard from Best Buy nor received a gift card....:(

1 Star because I can't give ZERO Stars. The Contractor parked on my lawn. Who does that? Both the street and my driveway were available. The dishwasher installation was very quick given the contractor didn't bother to level the appliance. The contractor also laid on the floor and rested the bottom of his boots on the front of my brand new Kitchen Aid range. Best Buy really fails when it comes to selecting companies to act on their behalf for delivery and installation. I contacted Best Buy Corporate and, of course, nobody contacted me.

My delivery and install date was cancelled and reset 2 times after the original date had been set in store. The technician who arrived was very rough in handling the appliances I ordered and damaged the trim around the installation site in my kitchen. The dishwasher was not tested by the technician after it was installed and the water lines were leaking under my kitchen sink where the technician hooked the lines up. The installation was terrible. I've had good experiences with Best Buy installation in the past but this was a terrible experience.

Initially we were scheduled on a certain day and the tech was unable to install and requested to reschedule.... so we did but best buy canceled it as the tech mentioned as completed...had to call multiple times to get it installed.... on my gas had to wait like 48 min on the line...... wish it was smooth.

Installer did not clean up after himself and left items out that he had moved. This is after a month of trying to have this item installed.

Installation was incomplete. I had to complete it myself. The dishwasher has never worked reliably and now does not work at all. This may be a function of the installation. I will need to either have the unit reinstalled or replaced. I am uncertain whether the installation is the source of the dishwasher problem, but the whole purchase has been incredibly frustrating. Maybe the installation company should come back and check the installation.

Installers didn't install dishwasher properly. When I called to have them come back out they gave me a date over a month out. I told them somebody needs to be out within a week to install correctly. They stated they couldn't so I asked for a refund on installation and got the refund. Hired somebody else to come out and paid them to install, which they did correctly.

This dishwasher has the controls on the top of the door the installer installed it where the door sticks out farther than the countertop totally not the proper installation
