The installation team said there was no electric so could not install. When I pointed out the power being there, he then said the water couldn’t be hooked up. I had a plumber come the next day and he did the job in 10 minutes.

Remarkably poor service. As of, 7/17/ dishwasher still not installed. Almost Impossible to communicate with service team. Contact using Best Buy provided phone numbers is a joke. Nobody answers. Service team does not have necessary parts. Requires customer to purchase these from Home Depot or Amazon. Service team does not arrive during promised time frame. Overall, the worst service I have ever experienced

The first time they were late. I had to reschedule but it didn't take. Had issues. Even after it was installed, we kept getting calls to pick up the old dishwasher. Not a pleasant experience.

The Tech who install the Dishwasher was extremely nice and took Covid precoutions, the problem is without intent, he broke my counter top. And Best Buy " Insurance" never returned our calls nor emails and I am still with a Broken Counter Top. So I WONT recommend Best Buy Install when Things happen, they disappear. The Tech team is always nice sadly Best Buy does not stand by their Service Pledge.

I had to explain to him about how to turn back on the hot water from the shut off.. They were okay.

Did not install. Said he would be back but never showed up. Got someone else to finish it. Would not avail this service from Best Buy. Not worth it even if it was free. The long wait to get it delivered just for the added service and then to keep waiting even longer.

I do believe BestBuy used a third party to install my dishwasher. The people who installed my dish washer did not install it correctly and my dishwasher does not properly drain. They didn't test it before leaving and had poor work quality as they cracked the bottom of my kitchen island where they installed my dish washer. Very disappointed with their quality of work.

Missed 1st appointment and never called. Next appointment they gave me was 3 weeks after I purchased dishwasher. Then didn't remove old unit from house and had to come back.

however, when we had trouble right after he installed it, he didn't return our call. second one was installed ok, except the flap hung out of the bottom, we had to fix it.

Delivery was to be on Wednesday & after 3 calls to the delivery service they kept saying a later time.. finally when I called the last time at 8 they said let’s reschedule to tomorrow ( after I already took the day off ) 5e next day I went through the same thing till they finally showed up .. they delivered the dishwasher & left .. it did not work.. My husband connected it the following day.

Very professional, but tried several times to see if the dishwashers was hard wired or plug in. Could not get a positive answer When installer was here , I was told an outlet is required. he installed one for $150. I could have done that myself for about $5. Was dissatisfied that no one could give me an answer on the requirements for an outlet

I would never use Best Buy again. The installers could not remove old dishwasher and they did not put back all the parts, left and when I called them to come back they said they could not. They already threw the parts away…. TO TOP IT OFF THERE IS HORRIBLE RESOURCES TO TALK TO A MANAGER IN STORE OR CALIMG CIUSTOMER SERVICE. Bye bye Best Buy.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I have purchased this over a month ago and am still waiting for it to be installed. They have either not shown up or rescheduled my installation date 5 times now. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Took forever to deinstall old dishwasher and put new one in. Then left screws and brackets exposed, so a real eye sore. Got a partial refund after the whole debacle.

The installation was terribly done. The installers did not know how to install it in the space ( which was left by the last dishwasher, which fir perfectly). The wood on the side of the dishwasher was gauged - which they did not inform me of before they left. When I turned on the dishwasher it moved out of place and was no longer flush to the counter top.

Appointment was scheduled between noon and 4 pm, with a phone call scheduled 30 minutes prior to arrival. No show at 4 pm and no phone call received prior. I had to call the scheduling department for which no call back was received. I then had to call the main Best Buy Geek squad and then the warehouse where I was informed all deliveries for the day had been completed. After voicing my extreme displeasure the installer arrived at my house to deliver and install the dishwasher 2 and one half hours later.

The crew seemed to struggle with the microwave installation. Lacked the proper tools

This installation was 375.00 dollars more than I thought it would be.

I have scheduled the installation five times. Two times I I needed to bring in a plumber and an electrician, which I did. Last installation was cancelled for no reason. They disconnected my dishwasher which was semi functional. My new dishwasher has been sitting in my garage for weeks. What an ordeal. Best Buy should pay me for lost time at work.

Dishwasher leaking from second use, plugs that go in door not installed, wrong kick plate screws used. I found squares of plastic backing inside dishwasher pan, possibly from packing materials not removed. I removed them but not the cause of the leak, which is coming from bottom. Been on hold to set up service call via warranty and total tech warranty for 45 minutes now, so buyer beware.
