Initial workers was unable to get the old dishwasher out from under the counter. After I removed the flooring that kept the old retained, I had no success in getting other workers from Best Buy to install the new one which they had left. Number calls were made. I ended up installing it myself. Best Buy did send me a gift certificate for future Best Buy purchases.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences of all time. They did not install the dishwasher properly, caused damage to our kitchen and sink, and never came on time and didn’t show during repair attempts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They will lie to your face.

By far the worst experience with an appliance installation we have ever had. Every time they come to install, they think of a different reason why it can't be done and they leave. Dishwasher has been sitting in a box in the dining room for almost a month. Next visit will be the 4th time they've come out. Obviously not interested in doing the work we have paid for. Wish we could give no stars as an overall rating.

MN Plumbing sent a very inexperienced plumber who took almost 3 hours to incorrectly install the dishwasher. Additionally he charged us $125 for a shutoff valve that typically cost approximately $10. Had to bring in another contractor to reinstall the dishwasher properly. For what I was charged by Best Buy for this service plus the $125, I would have been better off hiring my own plumber at a much reduced cost. Best Buy should consider using differet installers who have experienced and knowledgable plumbers.

The installation guy demanded $45 to cut the cabinet to make the dishwasher fit. This wasn’t necessary and he refused to give a receipt for the money. Ripoff.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The technicians were unable to hook up my appliance and couldn't communicate what the problem was as neither of them spoke english. In addition, they parked in my grass and left a large rut in my yard. I had to pay extra to have someone come out and hook it up.

The first team delivered the dishwasher were terrible. Wanted to rush out when the door needed adjusting. Horrible crew. It wasn’t till I demanded a new dishwasher be delivered that the next crew took the time to fix the dishwasher in place and really cared about the customer and the product.

the installation did not install on the day promised but only days later after pleading with them. i would not recommend the installation team due to their unpredictable schedule

It is crap. Just one year and it is leaking. Don't know whether it was poor installation or poor product.

The installers were nice, friendly, courteous and efficient. The only thing was that when he installed it to garbage disposal he left the piece of the " hole punch out" in the garbage disposal and when I used the disposal it was a horrible crunching noise. My husband figured it out and removed the round, nickel sized piece with a flashlight and a pair of kitchen tongs. So I was not happy with that and that was a big deal to me because had I been single I would have called some one in to look at the disposal.

Didn't bring long enough cord so I have to use an extension cord. Had a leak and they refused to come back and fix because of covid19.

It took 3 separate appointments to get this completed. First one came damaged. 2nd one was just dropped off 4 days later. When they came to do the install and haul away, they told me, there would be another person coming to do the haul away at a later time of the day.

I had this installed on June 5th and a little over two months later it is leaking on my kitchen floor. It never dried that well to begin with. Best Buy sent someone out to try and fix it but found it to be defective. I have now been on the phone almost all day trying to get this resolved and am getting the run around. I’m very dissatisfied.

The Best Buy installer was not that knowledgeable about the dishwasher and I am now going to have to get a plumber to fix his small errors under the kitchen sink.

Worse service and labor install guys ever. Lack of customer service when it was realized the parts needed were not put on their truck

I Purchased a purchased an extra waterline at the unit for him to extend the existing waterline. They didn’t use the waterline, but took it with them. Now I need to call Best Buy back and have them come back to correct the installation.

The men that did show up eventually and did the work were great. They were efficient. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and issues getting the installment scheduled. It took more than a half-dozen times for someone to come out and install it. This is not acceptable.

Our dishwasher install wasn’t a pleasant experience. The installer didn’t hook it up correctly and the machine would tilt when you pulled the racks out. We had to call back and have him come back out. We requested another installer in light of the circumstances. They told us that another installer would come but this was not the case. The original guy came back and was forced to do it correctly.

The apt was for 7 am to 1pm. The showed up at 3:30, no call the night before or the day of the delivery. The finished around 4pm and left... then I received an email saying they would be there in 15 minutes. Also, the did NOT leave a manual of instructions for the dishwasher. TERRIBLE

Not sure why they charge for installation on a portable dishwasher. All that was done was bring the dishwasher in. I showed them how to hook it up as they did not know.
