Great Professional Service Staff is very professional

This came free with the Best BUY total tech membership. It was worth it and its must have.

The team was on time and very professional. We have high end wood floors and they were prepared and pulled the old unit out perfectly.

They removed the previously installed dishwasher. The door wouldn't stay closed during the cycle is the only reason we needed it gone.

The Team did a great job in removing the dented dish washer that they installed a couple weeks ago. We did not see the dent until it was fully installed and all of the plastic was removed.

We did not agree on an open box but one was sent. It was uninstalled and replaced with anew one. We were told we were going to get a new one 5 times before on actually arrived. We were not told when we were skipped those 5 times and had to call in. We originally purchased our kitchen appliances I believe November/December 2020. Best Buy has had my money for almost a year and we still don't have all our appliances. Very bad experience and I do not plan on purchasing appliances from Best Buy again, too much hassle and very poor communication! The purchase date below is incorrect.
