    Original dishwasher did not work and had to be replaced. Uninstall went smoothly, as did installation of the replace unit.

    I'm glad I bought a warranty. The first dishwasher was defective and if I didn't buy the warranty it would of cost me more money even though it was new. The one that was replaced with it works fine.

    Dishwasher #1 had to be uninstalled because it had a visible dent on the front. It was an inconvenience but I used it until my second dishwasher arrived.

    While the process to get this service authorized in conjunction with contracted repair work was PAINFUL, the scheduling, timelines and execution were excellent.

    There was an issue with the first dishwasher we ordered and they came out on tine and super knowledgeable to uninstall and reinstall the new one.
