In this installers first attempt, the door did not close properly, but he tried to tell me it was fine (and he had tried to leave me with this broken door.) Later I discovered it was also not level and the GFI was not secured properly. On this attempt, actually had the gasket at the cabinet level (and twisted). He said the door wouldn't work if he put it in any more. I asked him if it was level. He said yes. I checked the plumb and it wasn't. He said dishwashers are supposed to be installed pitched back so water doesn't settle against the door gasket. This is incorrect, contradicted his first answer, and contradicted the facts: it was actually pitched forward. Rather than telling me what it was in this old farmhouse space that was making the installation difficult, he tried twice to lie to me and leave me with a faulty product and installation. Later I discovered the problem of the severe pitch of the floor and buckled old oak floorboards in the cabinet space. He also did not secure the GFI properly -- it is dangerously loose. I'll have to fix that later.

The crew did an excellent job removing the old dishwasher to replace it with a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

Geek squad is very efficient . Uninstalled my 5yr old, SAMSUNG dishwasher (piece of junk) ! I woulneber buy a Samsung appliance again.
