I don't think I will ever buy anything again from Best Buy that needs to be installed. They originally installed a broken, open box dishwasher that I didn't order. I only found out it was open box when it didn't work and the employee who installed it said, "What do you want? You bought open box!" He was then able to get it to work. I called Best Buy and told them. It worked for 2 days, and then stopped working. They then sent someone else out to my house to fix it while I waited for the dishwasher I ordered to come in. That person said there was no way to fix the dishwasher. Finally, the person was on his way to install my new dishwasher, and that person told me he only picked up and delivered. He couldn't uninstall the broken dishwasher and install the new one. All along the way, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the Customer Service Representative told me no one was available, and a supervisor would contact me. Of course no one did. I went into the store at one point and talked to the Manager of Appliances, and he told me he couldn't do anything, because they use a 3rd party to install. I had to contact the CEO of Best Buy to get someone to do the right thing. Then they sent out someone with my new dishwasher who could install it and take the broken one away. What a nightmare!
