This didn't even happen this day. Bestbuy lied and updated our account without our consent to cover their butts. We were supposed to get a dishwasher delivered and they said the "truck was delayed" and then somehow our account reflected that they installed it. And then when I called back, they said that there actually wasn't a dishwasher available until a month and a half later. It's been the worst service.

Bought the dishwasher on line w/ help of their staff. Pricing and options much better than Lowe's and HD. When delivered, delivery/install said they could not install because of an issue with it not being the correct height for the space and that I would need to have a third party install. They left. I measured and it was several inches shorter than counter. I checked on line and they were correct it was the wrong model for what I had and I had provided dimensions to the agent that recommended. I made arrangements to return and after 5 attempts of scheduling, rescheduling they picked it up almost a month afterwards. They would call and say they were coming and the never show up. Several times not even calling to say they couldn't make it for whatever reason. What stank is I had to take time away from work or rearrange my schedule to fit their 1/2 day window of opportunity. Not impressed, not happy and probably will never buy anything major from them again. Lowe's was a much, much better experience, paid a little more but smooth as silk. The dishwasher itself is wonderful.
