Great service and great job done with the dishwasher

5 visits to get a dishwasher. Endless time wasted with best buy

The dishwasher cleans very well and is very quiet.

We had terrible luck with Best Buy and their installation team (third party to reduce their liability). The first dishwasher they brought the installer said that the dishwasher was defective. No big deal deal these things happen. They got us a new dishwasher and a new install guy. He showed up said the dishwasher was not defective just not installed right. He need to remove a plug from our garbage disposal in order to fix. Said along the lines just had to shove my screwdriver in to pop out of plug. That night out garbage disposal stopped working. Now Best Buy has placed all blame on the Third Party and the Third Party is accepting no liability. I at this point would be fine with a refund on the install cost but no luck. I would strongly suggest going with someone else or cutting out Best Buy and finding who they use for the install.

It was brand new and broke, been waiting almost 2months for it. Not the best track record,first 2times I had no shows..

They removed the old unit and that is all I have to say on the removal

The installation of the dishwasher was fine and expedient.

This was the worst experience I have ever received. The new dishwasher was not able to be installed - tech said after an hour that the back hose was too large. Then an hour later after numerous phone calls and me talking with Service Inc the third part the tech reinstalled the old dishwasher - very unwillingly - stating he was not going to be paid. My floors were left scratched - wet cardboard, styrofoam - water in a container under the sink, a puddle under the sink - wet floors. The tech never had me turn on the breaker and never tested the install - The connection to the valve does not look right so will not be able to use the unit for fear of damage.

The installation was terrible. The first time the wrong dishwasher was installed. The second dishwasher that came was the wrong dishwasher and the third dishwasher broke within 4 days and when they took it out they forgot to cap the line and flooded my kitchen. Now no one from Best Buy is contacting me and no one from their insurance company has contacted me it’s been over 21 days and I have wrote multiple emails to try and recover plumber fees and now my kitchens wood is rotten. What a nightmare.

The GE Dishwasher that was replaced with another of the same brand and model, is in a word junk. And I also have to say that the two men who uninstalled and reinstalled the new GE dishwasher were a bit not happy. One of them went on and on about how it was not a good dishwasher and then proceeded to not install it correctly. Now when I use it once the cycle is completed water runs into the bottom of the dishwasher. I don't know if a valve was not property installed or what but there is water in the bottom of the dishwasher after every cycle. It never drains out. POOR INSTALLATION. I do not want these men installing my new Whirlpool dishwasher on 11/13.

Had to uninstall defective dishwasher. The service was ok

Ordered a dishwasher was installed wrong. Could not open the door all the way. Called and bb gave me a hard time telling me I should have checked it. Asked BB to come and remove it and everything I bought at Bbuys I was so upset. I canceled everything and called at least 5x because they still did not take everything off my charge card. I get a letter saying I did not cancel my items which is a complete lie and I am responsible for the items I told them numerous times to take off the bill. I don’t know how many times I have to tell a person I spoke to to cancel now they are telling me I never did. I will never ever do business with BB again.

My 'old' dishwasher was removed and replaced with a brand new leaking dishwasher that cannot be replaced until April 20th..., over a month and a half later. What a disaster! Best Buy has made no effort to expedite the order. I could've gotten this machine quicker from almost any other appliance retailer! The only person that tried to fix this was one of the in-store managers, Larry. Was hoping to replace all of my kitchen appliances in the next couple months, but with service like this Best Buy will not be where I am getting the rest of my appliances!

As a total Best Buy customer, I am extremely disappointed with the way they behaved in the installation of a dishwasher despite having paid the installation fee of 175 dollars. They charged me 500 dollars more. And by the way, the dishwasher didn't work. after a month of complaints. They tried to send the same people. I feel like I was scammed. never again best buy. case #321588785 no one shows their face.

I will never buy another appliance for m best buy ever again..Worst customer service ever!! I waited 7 plus more months for a replacement to be delivered after my original purchase in March which was delivered broken and damaged upon arrival to my home. I finally requested a return and refund and then they finally showed up to pick up the broken dishwasher after I scheduled 5 prior appointment s for delivery of a replacement and took off several days from work for them not to even show up at all. Everytime I called they either hung up on me and said I'm so sorry to hear that and just offered to just re schedule it again and again.

Isn’t even working so i cant rate it. Best buy support is the worst in history. They should be fined. Took weeks to get installers back over. Just to have it not work. I blame best buy support the most.

Very unhappy with installation and customer service. Best Buy is now refusing to return item because I’m over 15 days. It was delivered sept 11th and installed on October 12 th. The installation I paid for wasn’t able to come before then so now i can’t return. I was promised compensation and they are not following through on their end. Asked for manager, supervisor, anyone who would be able to resolve issues. No one is willing to help. I have pictures of calls and screenshots of orders and texts
