    The actual 3rd party installer/uninstaller was great! Best buy is terrible. It took over a month to get an un damaged appliance and several phone calls to reschedule. It was finally installed 4 days ago and i am still getting phone calls and emails telling me to reschedule my uninstall/install. They have not a clue how to do buisness and we will NEVER buy anything from them again

    There was no uninstall. It was never installed. Your third party installer told us a lie and forced us to hire a plumber to install an unneeded valve on plumbing that was already up to code. Then when it was scheduled to be installed the second time nobody showed. I took 3 days off of work for NOTHING. We sent the dishwasher back and purchased it from another vendor who delivered and installed it within 24 hours.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. I can't even begin to express how disappointed I am in the service I received from Best Buy. I purchased all new appliances in January 2021. I STILL do not have a properly installed and working dishwasher. I even scheduled to have them come pick it up and refund me due to all the issues I had, they scheduled me and I took half a day off of work, and they never showed up. I will NEVER make another purchase from Best Buy again. Horrific experience all around.

    The technician didnt make any extra effort to ascertain if the doshwasher could be pulled out of its position. Being that the floor tile had been installed around the old unit. He just concluded it wouldnt come out. I hierd someone else to remove it and just lifted it out of its position with a little effort and no special tools. The best buy guy could have done that initially.

    The company Best Buy hired to remove my dishwasher, arrived around 5 hours early and forgot to turn off the water and flooded my kitchen. My warranty covered removal but not replacement installation, which really seemed to confuse the service person. . I contacted Best Buy service about it and they said to wait and see if the damage was permanent before filing claim. They offered no discount or compensation for the hours we spent mopping and drying our kitchen.

    Had to contact them 5 different times over a 2 month period because they kept arbitrarily rescheduling me and never contacted me to see if the new date/time worked. Then tried to drop off the new one one one day, uninstall and install on another day, then pick up the damaged one on another day. And you get to choose between 7-1 or 1-7 for when you’ll be home. Single mom, full time military job…that works perfectly

    This is sad this is my 3rd dishwasher and just like the two before it. It doesn't work. The installer left it sitting in a pool of water and my Samsung Hub refrigerator was ruined in the process and my food ruined. Im a total tech member and this is the treatment Im receiving. And to top it off you wont make it right and you want a review. My review is 0

    Horrible service Left my kitchen wet and a very very dirty Made me go find main shut off with my broken foot because he refused to just turn water off under the sink!!!

    Don't do it - no matter what. They did such a bad job, Best Buy had to send someone out to pick up the one they installed and deliver a new one. I ended up having my plumber install. Best Buy handled the whole thing really well though! The install team ahd been a 3rd party.

    The Best Buy installation/service/repair database is out of wack. There was no need for this uninstall appointment. It seems the database makes incorrect assumption, and there is a lack of correct communication between the website ordering platform, and all Bust Buy personnel involved in the Total Tec process. This causes me to waste time and money.

    We are currently in a dispute for charges against our account for removal of equipment! Best Buy has never contacted us upon the fraudulent experience with Geek Squad! We have filed a complaint and no one , even from corporate has responded! Never doing business again!

    Honestly, it would have been better if I did it myself. The crew removed drain pipes and let water spill all over the floor for me to cleanup, with no attempt at trying to contain water in a bowl or pitcher. As they moved the new unit in, they smashed it into every wall and corner along the way. I was very disappointed. They did not work with the same level of care as if my house was theirs. I would not use this service again, nor would I recommend it.

    the guy that installed my dishwasher was a complete flake. of the 4 appointments we set (with him specifically!) he showed up to 1. the install was done incorrectly and best buy did NOT stand behind it. I ended up with a dishwasher that didnt work from a company that wouldnt bring a new one, fix it or even pick it back up! and thats the service I got as a total tech member..

    no one ever came to replace our brand new broken dishwasher. I’ve reached out to our rep multiple times with no response. 3 of the 4 GE appliances we purchased were broken and needed to be replaced. worst experience ever. I have yet to talk to someone about our broken dishwasher that was installed months ago.

    I received relentless texts and phone calls from Best Buy saying we had to set an appointment for them to pick up the old dishwasher, FOR ABOUT 4 WERKS AFTER IT WAS ALREADY PICKED UP!!!!

    3rd party installer no call / no showed. When I called Best Buy to complain I received a call from the installer a day later and was told they could not get ahold of me, it was my fault and that the first available was 45 more days. I called Geek Squad again and was hung up on. Totally unacceptable customer service.

    Unit was being uninstalled due to the leaking appliance. Not only did the service men not dry up the water that had been standing and puddled under the unit for a week (took a week on the schedule to remove the leaking dishwasher) they took the screws that we had to provide to install the unit. Left trash on the driveway (pieces of styrofoam and installation instruction).

    We spoke to customer service at mi minimum 10 time. 1st they couldn't seem to get someone to install the glass panel. After three attempts we just said come and get the dishwasher. Now multiple calls and three more attempts as well as multiple calls. In about 3 weeks they came and got the dishwasher.

    Never get any type of service from Best Buy as they will make you wait for a month to get a service done and you get frustrated and hire another person to pay out of your pocket. Better go to other market people so geek squad is worth never a try ever
