Service tech was frustrated that I asked him to wear booties. He didn’t have any so asked him to take off shoes he was irritated.

The drivers came late outside the window for delivery. I understand things can happen, but at least a telephone call or a text message. One of the drivers came in with no mask, dirty tools on counter, difficulty installing, did not explain how to use appliance, and left garbage from installation on the floor without cleaning up.

We received our second dishwasher and it was damaged in the identical locations as the initial dishwasher. It's clearly poor packaging design.

installation on new dishwasher stuck out past our cabinets, with the black rubber exposed. The one they just replaced did not have either of these problems

They wouldn't do it I had an issue with the floor that I had to deal with it . plus I had 2 of your guys gave 2 different height requirements needed

It literally took these professional Best Buy installers 3 hours to uninstall my dishwasher. They couldn’t figure out how to unscrew it from the cabinets. Then it took another 7 hours to install the new one. I still had to have a friend come over and adjust it because the door wouldn’t close correctly. I wish I were joking about all of this, but I’m not.

I have been unable to have the faulty dishwasher uninstalled. They will not schedule a date to accommodate my schedule so the dishwasher that has never worked is still in my home. It appears I will have to remove it and return it to the store myself. Very disappointed with the entire process with Best Buy

Nice guy to uninstall the none working machine that we have waited for 5 months, Best Buy is the worst in communication and service installer was just fine since this was the first time he would see a fisher&paykle did not know how to take off, but since it was not a working machine I guess destroying it by him was not important.

Your company came in March and installed the wrong dishwasher and then the day that you were coming to install the right one, the pandemic happened and my co-op wasn't allowed anyone to come inside anyone homes. I have since tried to reach out and haven't heard anything back. Now you send me a product review for July? I am very confused.

I would give this a zero if I could. We had 3 scheduled dates for our dishwasher to be uninstalled. First cancelled due to weather, completely understandable. The following appointments were scheduled and they just never showed up and when I called nobody seemed to care. But I guess that is how Best Buy operates.

Dealing with the contractors Best Buy sent to my house was an absolute nightmare. They kept canceling the appointments or would show up and say they would not uninstall the dishwasher they would only haul away.

The installers used did not install the installation kit which was a new water line and hose. It seems to have been done purposely since I asked if it was done. We had no water for over a month before it was diagnosed as the problem. After the great service by Joss, we now love the dishwasher

They wouldn't install new dishwasher because existing dishwasher wasn't up to code. That's understandable. But then they also wouldn't remove the old one because it wasn't up to code. That makes no sense to me. I bought kitchenaid because they included removal and installation. Neither of which happened.

it is not strait , hitting my cabinet , installers stole some of the parts.

This is ridiculous thing to ask me to review. When the guy came to do it a valve had been broken by the guy who installed it so he couldn't do it. I had to pay someone else to fix the valve and then I removed the dishwasher, it is easy and kind of a ripoff to pay someone for it. So that's my review.

The service personnel that took out our dishwasher, which was under warranty, failed to cap the hot wire and failed to put a plug in my garbage disposal. My kitchen flooded when I used the sink and disposal. Best Buy does not respond to my Property Damage claim.

Had great reviews but I must have gotten a lemon. Had to return and order a new one. Hopefully the new one will be better. There must be a problem at the factory because a new one will not be available until the end of February plus I had to wait for the first one a month also. I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

They had problems uninstalling my last dishwasher which cause them to saw a portion of my floor to where I feel they did not know what they was doing and without my permission. Not pleased

This uninstall didnt happen toke 5th day off for them to fix and to this day they never showed
