Another dishwasher won't be coming for months because they're on backorder. poor customer experience. We've had a partially broken dishwasher for three months now.

I waited 11 1/2 hours before I received a phone call from the technician to say he wouldn’t be there. My appointment window was 7am - 1 pm!

Incompetent Delivery Service

Very dissatisfied and unhappy. The delivery service was very incompetent and did not provide half the service they were paid to do.

Best buy installation was horribly done and the dishwasher leaked all over our wood floor. Had to hire Lowe’s to uninstall the brand new, but broken dishwasher. Would not recommend installation service.

The dishwasher was installed crooked as well. This was the 4th removal and 3rd install be Best Buy. Others were done well. This installer was not careful or precise.

Do not buy an appliance from geek squad

They charged me another $300 for electrical and plumbing updates. My dad was the one who fixed it.
