The service technicians were very efficient and quick with their work. I was nervous about having strangers in my house due to COVID but the Best Buy techs wore face masks and gloves the whole time. They were very friendly and explained everything they were doing and gave a good instructional on how to use the dishwasher.

Richard did a great job installing our dishwasher and even took the time to adjust it to look better in our cabinet space the was leaning one way and the countertop the other. Very knowledgeable and professional in his work. We enjoyed working with Richard. Super guy and great sense of humor!

The installers that installed our dishwasher were great!!! The took the time to answer any questions and made sure to stay to make sure the unit worked as it was supposed to. I can’t say enough good things about those guys!! They were very clean and neat..making sure all the mess was cleaned up befor they left.

Installers arrived per their planned schedule. Both guys were efficient but friendly and very helpful. Got all our questions answered. No damage to the floors or any part of our home. Very pleased. They deserve a raise.

This whole scenario is why I'm giving 2 stars. The LG dishwasher probably deserves 5 stars as well as the kind man that installed the DW. I have had my new dishwasher in the box for over 1 year due to our build/remodel. I've been trying to get all of our appliances installed with Best Buy since April 2023. The dishwasher was installed about 2 weeks ago now by a super great guy (Josh) and his son that just graduated from HS. They were both very helpful with the install as well as issues I was having with my kitchen faucet! I recommend them HIGHLY - but have had nothing but difficulty with Best Buy from the purchase of appliances to delivery and installation. STILL awaiting installation of my stove top and no phone calls taken or made by BB to help me out! Probably 0 stars for Best Buy for this!! Also, the LG dishwasher seems to be very nice. Cleans and dries dishes very well! Quiet when running. Again, probably 5 stars for this DW.

The purchase of our new Kitchenaid Dishwasher from Best Buy included free delivery and installation. Best Buy contracts the installation service out to a local provider. We were called the evening before the date of the scheduled installation and given a three hour window. The installer showed up within the first half hour and had the new machine installed and tested a half hour after arrival. Very professional job.

It took 2 tech guys here to complete the installation of the dishwasher. not all of the 'parts' were included in the primary delivery. after 3 weeks, it is now working well.

There were two men from Best Buy Geek Squad that came to install my dishwasher. They seemed to be having a lot of trouble, but didn't really communicate with me about it. It took a very long time for them to install it. They did a test run, but evidently didn't watch it close enough. The problem was, that a couple of weeks after they left, I noticed the drain hose connection was leaking under my kitchen sink. A different Geek Squad person came out and diagnosed the problem as a split in the drain hose. A new hose was ordered and he returned to install it. He had to pull out the entire dishwasher and re-install it. But this time it is working perfectly. The second Geek Squad person was very good and was a good communicator.

Sales person was great. Helpful, Curtis went out of his way to fix everything. The way it should definitely be back to buy more and probably ask for him. If he's there. The boys hit me there every day which is great anyway. Yes, experience was wonderful. Only thing is I think maybe he left off a barbed number 5 when I bought it on the left of the first transaction was reversed to get something different. I don't know, but I'd love to win the $400. I cannot say enough about Premiere Logistics and Transportation. They were stellar! Their service has set the bar. The team they sent went above and beyond from the moment they arrived, unloaded the dishwasher, brought it into the house and worked with the upmost professionalism to ensure everything was done perfectly. They went out of their way with the hookups and power supplies that required adustments so the machine would fit. They were cautious, very clean and thorough. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an appliance installation. Kudos to Premiere Logistics and Transportation and their incredible team!!!

The techs were in and out in less that 30 minutes and really knew what they were doing. All plumbing hook ups and testing went off without a hitch. Cleaned up all packaging materials and went over how to use the product from start to finish. Couldn't be more pleased.

Beautiful machine. Washes well but most of all, extremely quiet. I have to look back at it to be sure I hit the start button!

At first, I was really hesitant in having Best Buy install the dishwasher, but I'm glad they did. The installer was timely and professional. I was very pleased with the service. No leakage, and he made sure the dishwasher was level and the drain hose was placed high to ensure no backflow.

the installers was very polite and they were very knowledgeable and the whole process took less than a hour from when they knocked on the door and left with the old one they both came into my house wearing mask and gloves they took away all the boxes and left the house clean i would buy other appliances from there

So far the dishwasher is great! Works quietly. Cleans very well. Easy to operate.

I really like the Bosch dishwasher as we installed it in our kitchen which is where we watch TV and we can finally have it running and watch TV. The dishes are clean, the cycle is a little longer than expected. The usage of rinse agent is higher than we thought though.

I have purchased appliances from BB before in Virginia and installation was almost done by Geek Squad staff. Not so here. Installers were from an independent company, contracted out to BB I presume. Installation and old unit removal were done efficiently. Clean up was ok, not spectacular. There was no demonstration of the dishwasher functions, just a quick operation to ensure no leaks. Not an issue for me since I am familiar with the model installed but could be an issue for others. Bottom line, this was an ok installation, but I rated it down a bit because: Not a Geek Squad installation. Just my area (central Florida)? No demonstration of product
