My new dishwasher was not installed. The installer they sent said he couldn't install it and left the dishwasher with me. I have yet to receive a refund for the installation, which I had to hire someone else to do. I have reported this to Best Buy but no one has reached back out to me. The person I hired installed it in about 30 minutes with no issue.

horrible! Don't do installation! Horrible service all around! In store wasn't bad but corporate and installation was hands down the worst in the industry! Missed first appointment second dishwasher was damaged by the installer or at the store who knows at this point. Third time a no show again and told me I had to wait over 21 days for the fourth visit so I got my money back! Not an acceptable way to treat someone spending that kind of money with any company for anything at all

Worst purchase ever. Install was not correct, came out and reinstalled. Now the door makes a horrible noise and, of course, less than one month old and is not returnable. Awful customer service do not recommend purchasing from Best (ha!) Buy.

Still not working properly does not completely drain or dry dishes.

Promised install time was from 0800-1200. Received a call at 1030 and was advised the installer was enroute and would arrive by 1100. At 3:30pm he arrived and completed the install. Installer advised warehouse did not release the product for install until 1100. Waited for 8+ hours to have item installed. I called multiple times during the day for an update and they advised they had no way to contact the installer. POOR communication and lack of realtime updates were disappointing.

Delivery was late, installer was more than 1/2 hour late. Dishwasher does not work properly as the hose he connected to the garbage disposal is blocked, at least I tried repeatedly to wash dishes but it kept coming up with OE error. The installer did use new hoses but did not run the full cycle to see that this hose was clear. I cannot use the dishwasher in its current state. Additionally, he failed to install to trim piece on the floor. I need this corrected.

The install of my new range and removal of my old one was ok they installed the appliance pretty quick so no complaints there

Terrible, the installers damaged our cabinets and broke part of the dishwasher. They did not measure or even level the dishwasher before trying to shove it into the space. Now I am chasing around the Sedgwick trying to get a response which took over a month on the claim.

Hands down the worst installation ever. Took almost 4 weeks instead of 2 days, due to mishandling the third party subcontractors!!!! Best Buy really needs to have a hard look at their system and people who are in charge of those “systems in place”. Terrible terrible terrible!

Installer did a nice job, but charged me $75.00 to install a shutoff valve on the hot water line, but I had one there so now I have two, therefore I did nto need it.

They didn’t show up nor did they call me to let know they weren’t coming. I had to call them to ask what happened & reschedule. It has now been 2 months now since I’ve had this brand new dishwasher & I haven’t been able to use it. I feel like I’ve paid a service that’s useless.

The dishwasher was not security put in place. I open door and the whole dishwasher can out.

I spent 10 days trying to have Best Buy schedule an installation after the purchase of my dishwasher. They kept scheduling and then rescheduling my appointment and then not showing up to my scheduled appointment. Horrible customer service! Absolutely useless scheduling service! I had to finally cancel my installation with Best Buy and have a third party install the dishwasher.

I bought the dishwasher for my daughter as a wedding gift in August. It was delivered in October. And I tried relentlessly to get it installed. They will call me back. Someone will call me back. Yeah right!! Called several times. Finally hired someone myself to install it for me in November….. still waiting for Best Buy to call me back!

They guys really didn’t know what they were doing cause the normal guys we’re sick

Tech installed dishwasher and ran on demo mode. But when we went to use the dishwasher it would not work. There was a problem with the door latch. We called CS, and it turned out to under a GE warranty. GE came out, moved out the dishwasher and found a bunch of wood pieces left behind that were causing the dishwasher not to operate. Don’t know what the original installer did...

Still waiting for my dishwasher haven't arrived and I'm being charge for it
