Ordered dishwasher in February, was supposed to be installed in March. Now I'm being told it won't be done until May! Customer service not returning my calls about what is going on.

Left the box with all the garbage packing materials for me to deal with, inexplicably broke my cold water shut off valve, installed a defective , inoperable dishwasher- told me to call Best Buy and left. Second crew was a thousand times better

Flooded my brand new cabinet. Left Water sitting in dishwasher. loosened our disposal which caused leak. He did not brake through the disposal for pipe hookup. Best Buy Would Not Refund My INSTALL. 2 HOUR PHONE conversation. HAD TO CALL AND PAY FOR PLUMBER. Gave Me a Gift Card to spend in their store.

I purchased this with the installation option. When the technician arrived to install it, the dishwasher was damaged on the front. Another dishwasher was supposed to have been installed on 28 June 2020, but no one showed up and I can’t get in touch with anyone at BestBuy to resolve the issue.

Chipped my counter on install left my house without even telling me they chipped the counter. When I called the installer said he didn’t know they chipped it . Turned it over to their insurance company Sedgwick it’s been four weeks no resolution yet

water line exposed through adjoining cabinets making cabinet useless. didn't secure dishwasher. It rattles and moves left to right. I should of hired professionals. Would not recommend these installers to anybody. I guess you get what you pay for!

worst service ever. I would give zero stars if I could. They leaked water onto the floor which caused an accident, and a poor and leaking, dripping connection under the sink that resulted in my needing to have someone come out to repair it, which they did. I couldn't use the dishwasher until the second repair was done.

I bought this item online... my husband decided to pay for the item to be installed. The tech who installed did a great job. Unfortunately, they allowed an unauthorized charge to my card. The manager of the store said I was charged... "customer service" says I wasnt; they were very condescending. The charge shows up on my account AND my husband's. Now, I am online with Geek Squad and they keep asking me the same question that I already answered.

The 2 guys who installed the drawer dishwasher did not follow the installation instructions and did not anchor the dishwasher. Found out later that they attached top anchor hinges and a black spacer that were not required (and later removed when 2 competent installers sent by Best Buy completed the installation 5 days later).

I hate to be negative...but these 2 guys were unprofessional in every way...from not greeting...to hard to understand explanation of the appliance. Scratching the trim on the cupboard... tools all over and unprepared. One was polite... but the other was too busy checking out things in our garage.

The way it was installed, the bottom metal piece caught and the dishwasher door and caused a dent. Replacement washer on the way.

Dishwasher is fine - service and installation BAD!

I am not happy with the installation over two weeks ago and I am getting the run around. I keep calling the customer service and they do not return calls and appear to ignore me. They have even hung up on me! I have sent emails to a supervisor and they do not reply back and this is unacceptable. This is completely disappointing and needs to be resolved. Maybe someone in Management will read this review and take the appropriate action.

Was just terrible. The installers showed up late, there was a dent in the lower corner of the unit, and then they said it wouldn't fit and didn't even try, leaving it on the front porch. The next day, my brother and I installed it with no issues at all. Total waste of money, very frustrating.

This dishwasher was installed on Tuesday. Tried to use on Wednesday and it doesn't work. Called Best Buy and they said someone would call me today (Thur). Didn't hear from anyone so reached out to them and was told the soonest they could come take a look is A WEEK FROM TODAY!! So, I'm without a dishwasher for well over a week. SO FRUSTRATING!!

The installation people did a terrible job. Not only did we have to get another installer to level the setting of the dishwasher, we later found out that the installers violated housing code with their installation method causing us a lot of headaches (and money) in getting it redone to meet code. Ridiculous!!

Took a day off work to be there for installer. Day of installation I called Best Buy and was informed that the item was on back order and they would not be out. I was given no notification of this change in the month I have waited for the already paid for item.

My dishwasher has the top hidden buttons and the installer did not install it correctly. He had to come back and re-position it.

Repeated no-shows on installation. Third party blames Best Buy, Best Buy blames third party. All I know is Best Buy has my money and I have no product or service.
