It took the guys one and a half hour to install it. They were not on the same page. Dishwashes buttons were stuck, not locked and still not working. I called Best buy and asked for a replacement which takes 11 more days on top of the 1 week screw up the did to find and deliver the forst dishwasher.

Dishwasher was left at the house in the box but was not installed and I have now spent over a week to try to get my money back that I paid to have it installed. Great front end customer service , horrible back end customer service.

product might have been fine if it was delivered. ordered a bosch dishwasher but a whirlpool was delivered and installed. took multiple calls to get it removed. but we never got the replacement. requested a cancellation/credit. took multiple calls to get the credit. ultimately we got the credit due to a best buy employee named semantha.

I never had My dishwasher installed by Best Buy because after 3 months, countless hours on the phone, & too many times for my installation appt to get changed, i had a friend install it. I will never buy anything again from Beat Buy that has to be installed. Extremely poor installation service!

SLOPPY JOB DOOR WAS HARD TO OPEN. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY MESSY. DID NOT CLEAN UP PROPERLY AFTER INSTALLATION. HAD TO ARGUE WITH HIM TO GET HIM TO TAKE THE PROTECTIVE FILM OFF THE FRONT. NOT A NEAT JOB AT ALL.

Took four appointments to get the guy to show. One of those times he said he "knocked on the front door" of our office building and "no one answered." He was not an electricial and created a huge spark and got shocked wiring the dishwasher in. I paid a licensed electrician to check his work.

I was not impressed with the installers. They did ok with the dishwasher but I had issues with other appliances they installed that day.

Having difficulty getting an installation completed. Have no way of reaching the installation department directly zo must go through multiple reps all asking same questions. Finally reach installation and have had several install dates with no show and no call to say why. I have paid for install but in guessing I'm going to hire a plumber.

The installer came to my home and installed the dishwasher early in the morning. He broke a side of my cabinet and blamed on the dishwasher size is larger than the old one. Both have the same width and height but he denied and blamed on the size of the dishwasher. I ended up fixing the side of the cabinet. I would not recommend this installer to any of my friends. BestBuy really upset me off this time by sending a bad installer.

Installer stated he needed to charge an extra $250 for an outlet install but hardwired power option was already setup beforehand and the “plug” in question needed to be hardwired anyway so he did not do it. If he had to hardwire the plug, could he have not used the hardwire connection in place?

Poor Installation. Turns out the installer crimped the water supply line to the dishwasher so when he ran it is sounded like water going through... but nothing came through. Had to bring in plumber to re-install a new supply line and corret the problem so the dishwasher would function. I was very disapppointed.

Completely useless. Screwed up my floor with his greasy shoes. Washer didn’t work. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement BBY is no bueno. They promised a gift certificate. Better be $1000 because I’m going to the BBA !

The first scheduled date no one showed. No call no show. The second guys were friendly.

XPO is a terrible delivery and installation company. From ordering to finalized installation, it took 6 appointments, flooded cabinetry, and a lot of heartache. From HQ and dispatch to the installers and repairmen, XPO folks are incompetent, unprofessional, and straight up rude.

Installed incorrectly in the beginning. Set up for re-installation in February after purchasing in early January. After date of February arrived, you canceled the installation and now, scheduled to install late February. over a month without a dishwasher. Bummer. What kind of business is this?

They Had to come two times to install it. First time not acceptable. Second time ok

The plumbing lines that were left after installation was done correct, If I was not a contractor I would of had problems

DISHWASHER WAS INSTALLED VERY POORLY AND MISSING PARTS ON THE DRAWER. NEED TO HIRE BETTER INSTALLERS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS. NOT HAPPY WITH INSTALLATION AND WHEN I SCHEDULE A REDO IT DIDN'T GET SCHEDULE. INCOMPETED PEOPLE WORKING FOR A MAJOR STORE, YOU CAN HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WITH THE MONEY YOU CHARGE, DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Terrible experience trying to get haul Away, delivery and install. This process was broken up into 3 separate appointments without any communication as such, along with being rescheduled twice the day before scheduled date. Had to install myself. Would recommend only getting appliance delivery and getting haul away and installation done by someone else and/or by yourself
