The two technicians who installed our dishwaser, Jaime and Alexander, were great. They called the ight before to narrow the time window for arrive and arrived within the window. They quickly and efficienly removed the old dishwashwer and installed my new one! Thank you!!!

We had tried to uninstall our old dishwasher and install the new one ourselves, only to find that we couldn't get the old one out because it had been installed behind a ledge of tile! ARGH! The professional dishwasher guys took all of 30 seconds to get it out, making us feel a little stoopid. But they did a great job, and it was well worth the $ to have them install the new one and haul away the old machine to be recycled.

Installers contacted me to schedule installation and arrived exactly on schedule. Experienced installation team carefully removed the old appliance and installed the new dishwasher. Installer started the diswasher to verify it was working well, then cleaned up everything before leaving.

We are so happy with our new appliances and the service techs that set it up. It was done all in one day, one crew brought the fridge and dishwasher and installed the fridge. Then the next crew came and installed the dishwasher A DAY EARLY! Glad we bought the tech support agreement as well. All went smoothly!

The two men who came to remove my old dishwasher and connect the new Bosch dishwasher were wonderful. They did an excellent job, and I have NOT had any problems (leaks, etc.). Due to scheduling issues, the old dishwasher could not be picked up for a day or so. My installers were very happy to put the old one where I wanted until it could be taken away by another crew. Great job!

Our old dishwasher started leaking so we read a bunch of reviews and selected this one. It is---average. It is quiet which is nice. It has a strange feature in that the control panel doesn't turn off until you do so manually, almost all other washer will just turn themselves off when they are done with the cycle, this one stays on (washing stops, but lights and power all stay on). Also, the bottom tray has a poor layout and very easily comes off the rails. It will do, but I would have looked more carefully at the tray layout before I bought it had I known. Also, a very small point, because it has a front panel it only has a hand hold an no bar on the front, so you can't hang towels on it (again a small point, but I miss that a lot)

Delivered product but couldn't install. Needed to reschedule. Tech didn't note on work order he didn't install. When finally got through your automated system and talk to live person, thry thought it was done. When finally figured out it was not we got a new date. On day of install, no show. I had previously filled out the preparation checklist. Called in again, and system apparently needed me to click a link to see it was scheduled and then another link yo reschedule because there was a problem. No clear guidance on the need for second link. So wasted a day waiting on something that was not goingbto happen. BTW, even got a text night before saying it was going to happen. So i expected it to occur. Once i found out it wasnt happening i called back in and the best you could do was 2 weeks later (12/29/25). I bought this in mid Oct, it has been sitting in my dining room since mid Nov and cant install until end of Dec. So done with BestBuy services.

The service was completed by a third party installer. He did a quality job. Our dishwasher in the most quite dishwasher I have every been around. I am sure that is due, in part, to the quality installation. My only gripe is he didn't haul off the box and packaging.

I was a little concerned with getting my new dishwasher installed because quite honestly it was just too reasonable and easy. The gentlemen was on time, polite and did a fantastic job. He wore his mask and completed the job in minimal time. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend the installation services from Best Buy.

The guys kept us informed of the time of their arrival and when they showed up, they did an exceptional job…the installation was perfect and everything worked well! As a bonus, they cleaned up everything.

The Bosch dishwasher was delivered and installed by 2 technicians who were very efficient and very cognizant of my home and took deliberate actions to insure there would be no damage or mess. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one in relatively little time. I am very pleased with the way the Bosch dishwasher cleans and that it operates so quietly.

Great crew from Best Buy came out and did a wonderful job installing our new dishwasher. The installation was a little difficult due to hard to reach plugs, but the install crew took care of it and it’s now been working great for a month.

The dishwasher is very quiet compared to the old one it is a little smaller inside then I would like also the stainless gets finger printed very easily and does not come clean with windex I need to buy a stainless steel cleaner but otherwise cleans dishes very well

The installation of our Bosch 500 dishwasher was done very quickly, and the removal of the old dishwasher was done with no problems at all. After the install the technician gave us a quick overview of all the options.

The gentleman were very quick and thorough of installing it. They called me a head of time to give me a better ETA which helped out a lot. Very courteous and outstanding gentleman.

Install team very professional and prompt. I forgot to order the hose kit and they got on the phone with costumer service and was able to send one out. Everything looks great and works even better!
