The two gentlemen sent to install and deliver our dishwasher and our clothes dryer were just great. They were clean neat and very aware of concerns for the Covid 19 virus. The install was quick and done very professionally. I was concerned about he install and worried about corona virus . They couldn't have been more prepared or professional.

Our installation was free in a store promotion. Everything was correct in the end but with some problems on the way. Thus the 2 stars/Fair rating but still Recommending it. The installers were contractors, not Best Buy employees. This was the case with every retailer we contacted. Some retailers said they had long-term relationships with a particular contractor, which perhaps would result in more consistent quality. Anyway: The first installation went well, mostly. One of the two installers was capable and careful when routing the drain hose, wiring the optional powercord+junction box, installing the water line, pointing out that our under sink water leak sensor might not be working (our device, not part of the Bosch unit; it was very good of him to notice and point this out), positioning and leveling the unit, and cleanup. But at the very last step (mounting the kick plate) the other installer scratched the door front with his screwdriver. Oops. Thus we needed a replacement unit. The replacement installation crew, from a different contractor, were less conscientious. We had to point out that they did not initially route the drain hose out the correct side of the unit and did not install it with the required 33" above the floor rise between the unit and our plumbing drain (sink disposal inlet). They corrected these. They re-used the hot water and electrical connections from the first install so these were not an issue. They carefully avoided scratching anything. General advice: - Visit the manufacturer's website, download the installation instructions, and review them before the installers show up. Be prepared to inspect their work as they proceed and ask about anything that looks wrong. You don't want to sign off on an incorrect installation and possibly void the manufacturer's warranty. - Inspect the unit carefully for damage before the installers start. Look from high, low, and both sides, because scratches near the floor may not be evident when viewed from above. Take pictures to document its presumably pristine initial condition.

The 2 guys who came to deliver and install my dishwasher were fast and professional. I had done all the prep work, clearing out the under sink cabinet and such. Within a few moments, they told me my plumbing connections were "non-standard", and they would have to charge me $150 extra to fix it and complete the installation. Note that I had already paid for dishwasher, warranty, installation kit, and installation,and waited 3weeks for appointment 2 days before Christmas. They did a good job, and had removed old DW and installed new one with a short operational demonstration in less than an hour. The 2 stars is because I felt like I had no choice but accept the extra charge, as the process of getting the appointment had been all on line and pretty difficult. There was no opportunity in the on-line process to know about what is "non-standard plumbing" and extra charges involved I could have done that work for far less money. $150 seems like a lot of money for 5-10 minutes of work, and $5-10 worth of plumbing parts, when I had already paid $50 for install and $30 for dishwasher install kit. I didn't argue at the time, because it was right before Christmas, and I even gave the guys an extra $50 because I live 2 hours away from their pick-up point. But for those who can't afford it, it would be an unpleasant experience.

On time and efficiently did the install. He had to work around an adjacent pipe that interfered with the right side or the dishwasher making it hard to get it to perfectly light up with the counter. That was the fault of the original house builder

Installation and removal of my existing dishwasher was perfect. Every detail was covered. Professionally done

The delivery crew went above and beyond to install the new dishwasher. It fits into the space better than the previous one did. Great Job!!

It took two attempts to install my new dishwasher. The first installer brought the dishwasher to my home and declared that we needed a drain line extension before he could install the new dishwasher. He told me I would need a plumber to add the drain line extension. He could not do it. The plumber removes a drawer and the drain line extension is there, just not hooked up to old dishwasher. So I paid for a plumber that I did not need because the first installer was lazy. Best Buy sent out a different installer to complete my job. I’m happy with the second installer but the first installer did not care. All he had to do was remove a drawer to determine if the drain extension line was there but he didn’t. Lazy!!!!!

Showed up and first thing they said was they couldn't do the install because my drain vent wasn't up to code and my outlet needed to be GFI. They said they could replace both for $200. I told them if I had know that I would've done it myself for a lot cheaper. Didn't really have a choice so I told them to do it so they could do the install. They forgot to reconnect the sink drain pipe after disconnecting to replace the outlet. Didn't find out until my wife had already put everything back under the sink and was using the sink a couple days later which soaked everything under the sink including the cabinet wood. Drying it out with a fan now. Hopefully we don't get mold.

The team, lead, apprentice (son), and fabricator were outstanding. Very concerned about the house and cleaned up all residual detritus, (boxes, spare parts, etc.). They also allowed me access after removal of old oven and dishwasher to vacuum and mop before installing the new items.

The team installed the new dishwasher, took out the old one, did it all quickly, and were pleasant and polite in the process. They were a few minutes early, but they called ahead of time so not a problem. At least they were not late! I should be fair and disclose that the installation was free for this particular dishwasher with this particular promotion. I would have paid anyway, since I wanted the machine to work after installation!

The installer kept us informed as to his schedule and we knew almost exactly when he would arrive. The installation went smoothly and professionally. When he left, everything was exactly as when he arrived except that we had a new dishwasher that worked flawlessly. Great job!

Had the dishwasher installed while I was working from home. The team performed the install quickly and kept things clean while working.

The installers were very good. Friendly and helpful in suggesting replacement of worn hoses/parts.

The installation wasn't as smooth as expected When the test run was done the free packets were still inside and we found them later. Could of used more help in understanding the machine and wifi hook up. Afterwards the water valve had to be replaced because it leaked. Not the installers fault but thought the leak should of been caught by them not us It seemed that the installers where more in a hurry to make delivery than to make sure we were completely satisfied

The installers did a great job installing and were very careful not to damage anything in the house, We appreciated their skill and their respect of our home.
