Awful. The item never got installed and I got caught up in a lot of bureaucracy trying to get this done. It was perhaps my worst experience with Best Buy and now I’m very reluctant in purchasing anything that needs installation.

After trying multiple times to have my dishwasher installed, which, because of a sale, was included in the price I paid for the dishwasher, I gave up and hired a plumber. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

It is so quiet and it cleans the dishes so well. Glad I bought it

After multiple missed appointments, the install was completed with the dishwasher sticking out from the counter. Shoddy work after several hours of delay and time lost. Never had such a terrible experience with Best Buy deliver and installation.

Installers REFUSED to install because our counter was 1/8" too short. So we had the option to just have it dropped off and install when we had taller counters or they take it back. Then they said they would have to charge us extra to complete an install (after we got new counters) because they would have to drill a couple holes.

Bought the install for our dishwasher had our delivery rescheduled twice and never showed up the second time. Turns out our dishwasher was sitting in the back of the store

The service man dropped the dishwasher off, kept making appointments, and never showed back up. I had to pay someone else to come and install my dishwasher. Horrible horrible service. The dishwasher is fine, I will never use you for an install ever again.

Worst buying experience of my life. What was presented online wasn’t what they had promised. I spent $3700. with Best Buy. I’ve been promised things, told others, very few of which were true. I’m still waiting on the refund for this install.

Was charged an additional $240 for hooking it up--almost the same price as the unit itself.

Doesn't get dishes clean even after long cycles and rinsed before putting in dishwasher

Did not install due to my line being pvc not copper! Ridiculous! Called a plumber had to pay him $450 to turn water off and install after I paid paid Best Buy cause it was sitting outside cause they already opened the box.

Company Bestbuy out sourced would not close main line to install dishwasher. I then had to wait on the line with customer service for 2 hours for a refund which they didn’t do until the next day. If I could have given a zero star I would have.

After multiple times of having to reschedule due to their end i hired my own plumber to do the job. Will never use best buys inhouse installation crew ever again. First time they showed up tried charging me almost 800 dollars to do the job.

After my dishwash Was installed, white spongy material came out from the bottom,I continued to find plastic and other materials for approximately a week after purchase. The door on my dishwasher feels like it doesn’t want to open all the way.

Company revised service after they failed the times to be able to install. They claimed I needed unnecessary repairs which cost me hundreds of dollars. Installers wrote slanderous reports because they didn't want to do the job. Installation took 2 months to complete.

Bought DW, charged to BB credit card, but they would not deliver and install. Have talked to Primary Support at BB and Installation Department. They could not tell me why the installation was canceled twice. After 4 weeks without a DW, picked it up at store and had another company install. Will not buy appliances again from BB.

Two years later and the dishwasher is askew. This is very unfortunate.

These guys didn’t know what they were doing or were in too much of a rush. They did not hook up the supply line all of the way (finger right) and it flooded my cabinets. Best buy did offer compensation, but not enough to cover the mess and subsequent repairs.

Dishwasher got dented during installation. Had to call Best Buy. Was given option or having someone come back out, take out dishwasher & replace it. Was not really in favor of this since initial install was over 2 hours past installation window originally given. Was given a small gift card
