First installment unit didn't even power on! The company you contract with left the residence without even trying to operate the machine nor did they show the homeowner. We had to wait almost an additional week for a new install date. Very poor service. Will not be buying another appliance from best buy.

After installation they claimed our new dishwasher was working perfectly. Never was able to get it to work after that. So, after waiting over three weeks to install they want us to wait another 3 weeks to replace.

In installing dishwasher, the technician did not remove disposal knock out tab. Rather, he pushed it into disposal which required us to have a plumber make a service call to troubleshoot and fix. Apparently Best Buy technicians are not trained or qualified.

The first installation people had started the installation but had to stop because of a plumbing issue. However whatever they did when pulling out the dishwasher caused a big leak and forced me to have an emergency plumbing work which cost $300.

Took a long time to get it installed. They had to come back again to reinstall it.

This dishwasher could not be installed on the day promised because it needed a $6.00 water supply connector. After I installed the connector, Best Buy could not arrange for a return visit for installation for another 8 days. Needless to say, the dishwasher looked very nice on my living room floor until I cancelled the order and it was returned.

Installer did not install as there was no power outlet even when I purchased junction box. Not all parts were included contacted Bosch for additional missing parts.

Horrible experience first could not install second broken this time did not connect properly and water damage all my cabinets base still I wait to get compensation and respond in this matter.

I brought a 4 piece bundle refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Best Buy's installers damaged my granite countertop when installing the dishwasher. The installer is denying he damaged it when I look at my counter every day. I would have rather gone with pacific sales or sears where my installations have been seamless

Installers did not install the sheet to help reduce noise. I showed it to them and they said it was an extra part and not needed. They were not interested in doing their job correctly.

The didnt know how to run the dishwasher and left all the dirt on the floor. Also didnt give a recipe or manual for dishwasher. Also the dishwasher is set back too far under the counter. I have a 1 nich gap in the front

Terrible service. Never notified us that our order was backed ordered. Waited for hours for the delivery to find out it wasn’t coming. Never got a call the day before either about our order. Cancelled the order and wii not shop at Best Buy again

Did not install due to factors beyond their control, (flooring issue). Also installers tried to hard wie.charge for new plug install (currently hardwired) saying it was needed to meet code, Cost would have been $139.00. Code allows for hard wiring-- but BB would not install

They installed a leaking dishwaher that damaged the floor. It is still not fixed. Geek squad is awful. There is no accountability. Very poor. If you give a call nobody Knows any thing. My dishwasher is still broken and no one shows up to fix it.

Three time the installation crew came to install, and each time found different issues why they couldn’t install it. Ended up buying another dishwasher and awaiting installation. 2 months , still no dishwasher installed.

The technician caused significant damage to the kitchen while removing the old appliance. He came back to fix it but caused more damage, I have not heard anything more. BestBuy has not contacted me after one week of filing the property damage claim

Worst retail experience ever. Completely incompetent and could never get service and delivery information and never Resolved .conflicting and confusing computer calls. Very disappointed—-we are 25 plus year Best Buy customers, but no more!

Install never happened. Best Buy could never get its act together after scheduling this work three times and then losing the schedule. I had to cancel the order due to administrative incompetence.

Third party installer. The guy saw an obvious problem, didn’t say word other then the dishwasher doesn’t work. The guy got paid the same if it worked or not.
