a nightmare. Installers would not install. Hook up deviated from from they were use to. Ended up installing myself

Installer failed to secure dishwasher om top and isn't level. Lower rack slides back into washer when trying to empty. Worse installation I've had from Best Buy.

The subcontractor showed up and refused to do the install. He also tried to add a list of parts that I would have to pay for. And would only accept cash.

Terrible. The installer punctured the discharge hose! Had to replace the entire unit. Dealing with the problem was a nightmare. The store does not accept phone calls! The schedule kept changing making it difficult to schedule time off to be there.

The installers were very polite but within two weeks install screws came loose, interfered with the door closure ultimately damaging the inside of my dishwasher door and the dishwasher rocking in place when the door is opened.

Best Buy installer refused to install my dishwasher because the old dishwasher was wired directly into the house. I had to pay someone else to install my new dishwasher.

The subcontractor never showed . My husband had to install it. If I could give a zero I would. Best Buy customer service tried to help but their hands were tied. We will never buy appliances from Best Buy again.

Delivered and installed wrong item. Issue was corrected but had to take more of my time.

Everything worked out badly - uncoordinated, delays, and changing schedule delivery. I was in dismay by the transaction and I Canceled the entire order. I don't think the various teams communicated with each other.

Never were able to install the dishwasher. They said that there was a liability that they needed to do plumbing. Was not informed that simple plumbing is not covrered by Bestbuy totaltech members.

Stood me up for first appointment time despite having confirmed. Was several hours late (approx 7PM) for make-up appointment. Was not a bestbuy employee, worked for a contractor, got big run-around trying to find out why they didn't keep appointment. I have no idea whether it was Bestbuy's fault or the contractors.

This was never completed I’d called and confirmed then nobody shows. When I called back they claimed there never was an appointment. When I complained they hung up on me. Still not done.

The contracted installation team caused a leak, blamed us, told us we needed to call a plumber, fixed the leak only after we told them the dishwasher they removed was installed by Best Buy and it never leaked until this installation.

The installation of this item was put off 4 times. It took more than a month to get this company to install. Best buy has been good. The products are great but the installation company is absolutely terrible. I would not buy again just because of this

Beware, installers are 3rd party workers looking to prey on unsuspecting buyers. I was advised that a part was needed but not advised that I could go buy it on my own. Beware that you have options.

Horrible install company that Best Buy sent. Wouldn’t install. Had to hire another company and pay for installation. Many consumer complaints on this company called Elite

Dishwasher was not installed due to Corona virus scare

After they installed the dishwasher the hot water no longer worked and I had to call a plumber. They said they would pay for it, but I have not received that yet even though they said the money for the plumber would be here by today.

I would love to rate the installation of my new dishwasher except that it's not installed. Purchased on 7/9/22 and today they pushed install date out to 9/26, so I can't review what hasn't been done.

The dishwasher was improperly installed, without water supply. After this was realized and being run dry, we are now on our 4th attempt to have the unit replaced. The lack of coordination between XPO and the various departments at Best Buy is extraordinary. Lots of wasted time and aggravation.
