Poor Service

After Best Buy missed 2 scheduled appointments without even calling me, I had to make arrangements to wait around for them for a THIRD time. They are the worst.

These guys were terrible

To make matters worse, he then went back to his office and claimed that he did the work and delivered the dishwasher!! It took me three weeks and two trips to the store to get a refund. I won't be buying anymore appliances from Best Buy.

Uninstalled dishwashet

He said the electrical outlet was at an inconvenient place behind the washer. We offered to move the washer ourselves and plug it in but he refused.

Improper Installation by Best Buy - Lots of Damage

Get the warranty since BB is cutting corner on the staff used for installation.

Terrible Instalation Process

After making arrangements with company when making purchase, they "forgot" to schedule the install then lied about it. Store manager was terrible to work with and very rude. Was supposed to be a two hour window ended with having to take an entire day waiting.

Be careful with installers

They did not install the dishwasher correctly and it leaked into my cabinets. The smell is what gave away the poor installation after months of water accumulating under the cabinets. Double check anything an installer does or it could happen to you. Will never use again.

Wrong item delivered

It was the model ordered, but was the wrong color: Ordered white, arrived with stainless steel (outside door color). It had to be returned to warehouse and order reprocessed.

Was unable to demonstrate the removal and cleaning of the filter. Dishwasher leaks and therefore the transaction reversed. Buy elsewhere!

Very poor!

The unit came in damage and installers told us that some one will be calling us to rectified the proble, no one did, on and one!!!

Product Didn't Work at my House

Our water heater is not set that high because of small children. On of the wine glass holders broke the second day. The soap pod would not melt and remained through four wash cycles when repairman tried to fix. The scum on dishes was incredible.

Defective bosh dishwasher unit

It was installed by geek squad and never worked and Bosh and Best Buy both running me around even though I have paid protection plan .unit damaged my cabinet still waiting to hear from Bosh about claim damage

For $20k, one would expect excellent customer service and words cannot begin to express the unprofessionalism and lack of care from anyone. Do not pay for installation. Hire a contractor. Way better off.

Botched delivery and Install - water damage

They removed old machine but didn't cap disposal drain. Water poured out damaging cabinet and poured into basement. The second team completed the install and agreed the cap was not installed. Floor tile damaged during installation.d
