    Install seemed quick and perfect except for the water leak under the sink from a broken valve connection that wasn't mentioned, Hard to understand why not mention because we had to discover. I thought it was odd he asked me to turn off the water supply for the house; he said company policy.

    Paid $199.00 for Total Tech coverage and can not get Total Tech service to uninstall the defective product the sent and bring/instal a working product. Purchased August 26, 2022

    Why do we still have this dishwasher in the box in my kitchen ? Why do my installations keep getting canceled? We paid for the whole geek squad tech bs & it has been nothing but a headache.

    Showed up and left because the dishwasher was "broken" (It was not - I saw it. there was a mix up in scheduling and came up with lame excuse, In the end, a month later the dishwasher was installed by a competent crew in no time

    Delivery is impossible.

    Ridiculous wait time. Delivery was scheduled for a month out. Fine. Then they didn’t show. Then another month. Then canceled. Then another month. 4 months later and just went to the store and picked it up myself and installed myself.

    I have not offered a review for the installation of my dishwasher because in 35 years this was the worst experience I have had with any appliance installer.Would never use them again!

    Dishwasher never installed by BestBuy

    The installers never installed the dishwasher after it was delivered. We had to hire our own plumber. Plus, our old dishwasher still needs to be taken away.

    Installer turned it on and it made all the right sounds but no water enters machine. Tried twice on normal and one rinse cycle but no water enters machine. May have to be replaced already.

    Dishwasher took more than 2 months to get installed. Sold me an out of stock unit , then had to upgrade to another but installers kept canceling. Dishwasher front has a bad dust catcher on the bottom. I will not purchase anymore appliances from Best Buy. They don't seem to know how to handle problems.

    When I called about this 2 days after install I was told it would be 15 days before someone could come see about the problem. I made enough racket that repair happened 2 days later. But that took a lot of effort and lots of phone calls. I cancelled the service contract as a result.

    They showed up to take my old one. Left wires exposed. Installers missed delivery 4 schedules times/days. I had to take vacation days. Eventually begged my local BB for a floor model. I had to pick up, then hire a local contractor to install. Bb still has not reimbursed me. TERRIBLE.

    I was told the countertops needed to be installed before but I asked and was told only the cabinets needed to be installed prior, which they were. All of my appliances were already removed from my condo by my contractor. No installations were done on any of my new appliances.

    The delivery/install service was the worst I've ever seen! Was over 4 hours late for this appointment, made a huge mess and damaged my home! Absolute clowns! All I get is the run around when trying to get compensation for my experience! I will never buy another appliance from them because of this!

    This has to have been the worst service I have ever received. Four appliances were scheduled for installation none of them were completed. I have never seen anyone work so hard to not do the job.

    The day of installation I received multiple calls delaying installation. Eventually they cancelled and said they would call to schedule the following week. There was no call so I followed up a week later. It took multiple calls to finally reschedule a month after the purchase date

    Dishwasher scheduled for install Sept 12 and you were a no show. You re-scheduled for today and again a no-show. No verbal contact with the customer. Totally unacceptable performance.

    Instillation not complete they did not have correct parts! Charged for instillation they left dishwasher in box in our garage and said hire plumber!?? The house is less than 5 years old
