Dishwasher install was great. The service technician was on-time, polite, and skilled in the installation. Everything went very well!

Richard did a great job installing our dishwasher and even took the time to adjust it to look better in our cabinet space the was leaning one way and the countertop the other. Very knowledgeable and professional in his work. We enjoyed working with Richard. Super guy and great sense of humor!

Kind courteous installers, they were very neat and clean in their work and pointed out a potential problem under my sink while they were here. There was no pressure at all to fix this problem but I did pay extra to get it done on the spot. The $was worth it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because after they left, I noticed 2 long screws coming through the other side of the island cabinetry where the dishwasher had been installed. Had to cut off and paint over cut ends.

Who would have thought a commodity product could be so noteworthy? -- so quiet that it shines a red light on floor to advise you it is functioning. Besides customary holders for silverware is a 3rd/top rack for a variety of utensils; 2nd rack has a height adjustment. Adequate number of cycles with foolproof settings; excellent results. I can't imagine what meaningful features are added to models selling for up to $1200 more.

It took 2 tech guys here to complete the installation of the dishwasher. not all of the 'parts' were included in the primary delivery. after 3 weeks, it is now working well.

Good metal interior and adjustable top shelf. Very quiet. The DRY option is non-intuitively accessed through the DELICATE and RINSE buttons. The lower shelf jumps down and the door is stiff.

After being delayed 2 weeks due to communication errors within Best Buy, the installer (a third party installer, not Geek Squad) arrived and was courteous, clean and efficient. He explained why I needed a new water nozzle to connect my new dishwasher (in my 32 year old house) and made the repair quickly and cleanly. Thank you!

The dishwasher installers were great. They came into my home, did the job, and made sure I knew how to work the unit and that everything was working.

The two technicians who installed our dishwaser, Jaime and Alexander, were great. They called the ight before to narrow the time window for arrive and arrived within the window. They quickly and efficienly removed the old dishwashwer and installed my new one! Thank you!!!

The installers that installed our dishwasher were great!!! The took the time to answer any questions and made sure to stay to make sure the unit worked as it was supposed to. I can’t say enough good things about those guys!! They were very clean and neat..making sure all the mess was cleaned up befor they left.

At first, I was really hesitant in having Best Buy install the dishwasher, but I'm glad they did. The installer was timely and professional. I was very pleased with the service. No leakage, and he made sure the dishwasher was level and the drain hose was placed high to ensure no backflow.

The service technicians were very efficient and quick with their work. I was nervous about having strangers in my house due to COVID but the Best Buy techs wore face masks and gloves the whole time. They were very friendly and explained everything they were doing and gave a good instructional on how to use the dishwasher.

Dishwasher install was done in a very professional and courteous manner by the representative.

After 2 other dishwashers...1st was installed wrong. 2nd didn't work...I got the best installer ever. He knew what he was doing and was not too quick (like the other 2 that were in and out without any explanation)

The team sent should have had an easy time of it. Unfortunately whoever did the installation of the dishwasher I was replacing, did a sloppy, poorly routed job . The team from Best Buy took their time, cleaned up the routing and mess from the original install and I couldn't be happier with the results. A rock solid, clean and professional installation of our new dishwasher.

Three fellows were involved in the installation of the dishwasher, two were very good and considerate the 3rd appeared so high that he could not find the front door of our house, which literally was right in front of him, on two separate occasions.

These installers were the best we ever had. Knowledgeable, efficient and patient is the best way to describe them. They explained the operation of the dishwasher cleaned everything up.
