He was so late! Charge extra money on the side to have to go to Lowe’s to get a part. He was rude and unfriendly.

Damaged my counter top and refused to complete installation because they said the floor wasn't level and refused to use shims I had to hire another contractor do finish the install.

The installers just left and there is water running all over the floor, soaking the hardwoods and filling the cabinets. Can't get a hold of anyone to come and fix it.

Installation of dishwasher was not completed because under granite. Installers should have proper training and equipment to properly install dishwasher under granite countertop. Dishwasher has not been used yet. Still trying to complete installation.

Installer’s did not care and just wanted to get done and out, did not want to connect rubber flange and said not necessary

It doesn't clean well at all. I'm returning this dishwasher but wasted $190 on installation through BB in which the company that did the outsource installation were horrible and unprofessional.

install failed, dishwasher was not operational, needed to hire repair crew, was able to fix the problem

Very dreadful communications- held on phone to get install appt. no call. No show. 45 min with virtual agent - again no call no show. . Finally cancelled install. Great inconvenience. Very bad business.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't give none. Very disappointed in this free installation that would have cost me an additional 300 dollars. I was told that I needed permits , electrician and a plumber. This is a replacement not a new install.

Outsourced installation company sent installer who was 30 minutes late--outside the 4 hour window of promise. The installer was in a rush at the end of the work day. He did sloppy work and actually damaged our countertop. We have submitted a claim.

Installation was poorly accomplished and am working with BestBuy to get another technician to "reinstall". Cannot judge the product capabilities yet.

Installer was unprepared and used the wrong water line joint to connect the dishwasher to the existing line. Sink plumber had to come and rerun the supply line with the correct connections.

Do not. I repeat do not purchase and have a dishwasher installed by them. No call no show the first time. Broken appointment the second time, and late on the third appointment.

Our installation has been cancelled 5 times. This is ridiculous. Still waitlng.

They don’t care how it looks just how fast they are done Had to make a second appointment to have reinstalled after the first told us it is was it is

They didn't speak very good or much English at all and they were rushing and were on the phone the hole time they were here I would have rather installed it my self if I would have know how there were going to be

Still had problems with 3rd replacement dishwasher.

Took a day off for installation wasted time never came did not even inform if coming or not. Have to reschedule it myself and my first use water coming out of sink air cap and water leaking from dishwasher hose, have to fix it myself. what a pain.......

Did not show or call to reschedule. When called they said they would be out in two weeks. Did the job myself. Appliances can’t sit in a new house idly in the kitchen.

I paid for this service and it’s still leaking. The dishwasher they removed never leaked. They did come back once and did not fix it. I was expecting them back but they never showed up. I’m going to call a plumber.
