Contractor is coming to do an estimate on water damage to my floor and Best Buy / Third party installer are paying for it... nightmare experience. 2 installation attempts, 1 service call leaks everywhere do not trust best buy with this.

Never installed and I still paid for install. Delivery guys opted not to do. I had to have a different company install. Will not order appliances from here again

The installers were rude lied on us and refused delivery.

Glad the one they sent was damaged because according to the geek squad guy who installed the replacement, the first one was poorly installed

The dishwasher leaks, has taken 4 appointments to even get it hooked up, and it's leaking on the floor.

We had to pay a plumber to install our dishwasher......due to pandemic restrictions. It took a while to get our install fees back from Best Buy

They never installed. Plumbing was incorrect. We got the repairs and called multiple times but nobody scheduled

I add installation so that son-in-law would have to install the dish washer himself. Hoses were not correctly connected. They didn't realize the problem until the service people were gone. My son-in-law had to do the installation himself

The installer's are a third party and are very unprofessional. They missed two scheduled appointments and didn't bother to call either time. They also didn't bother to test the products after install or demonstrate how the product works.

Tech came and hour before appointment then left. Then closed the ticket to complete. After 6 people I still have no appointment to receive dishwasher.

It took seven tries to get installers who actually had tools and then twice because the dishwasher was damaged.

They charged me extra pay($90) to replace the rubber ring of the hose which took less than 10mins to get it done.

Third party install company refuses to honor the 4 hour window that was agreed upon at time of purchase. Instead they say the consumer has no "right to select the window..the computer does all the routing". I guess it's ok for a Stepford wife.

Water leaks from a drain line of the dishwasher and caused a water damage inside the cabinet. When I found the issue, the area was already wet and soaked. Reinstallation is scheduled.

Leaks, kinked return line and installers didn't show for their their repair appointment. I had to get a plumber to fix this mess.

I am rating it this because of all the trouble we had just to get delivered . It was quite stressful. The installers were wonderful

The second install team broke a piece of the plumbing. We had to pay a plumber to fix. Totally unacceptable.

Did not install due to technician stating I need to have water shut off valve under sink for dishwasher

I appreciate the fact that Best Buy offer's installations. The installer damaged the wall when removing the unit. and also damaged the opposite wall where the unit was installed.

Couldnt install due to older piping. The soonest they could reschedule was two weeks later leaving me with no dishwasher.
