They didn't even try to try to to install the dishwasher and left it sitting in the dining room

They didn’t install. They told me they didn’t have the right connections. I still don’t have it it installed.

Your install crew needs help with customer services... It was horrible... I almost told them to leave. Did not wipe feet even though I put down drop cloths. Left debris in the kithchen and the driveway.

The installer told us that the plastic valve put in by the builder is not qualified for this product, even though it's currently used for my previous dishwasher. So they made me pay over $100 just for the water valve!!!!!!

They came to install my dishwasher and ended up breaking my water line, flooding my kitchen, and it took them 3 days to install because they kept having problems. Won't be getting anything installed by them again.

this was the worst thing i have ever had to deal with, from no showing appointments, no calls back. i wont buy an appliance again from Best Buy because if their install company. please either install it yourself or go elsewhere

They were late, but did call. I had to redo the installation as per the screws that held the dishwasher to the cabinet. Then I had to redo the leg height. Don't use these installers.

The installers were completely incompetent. They had no idea what to do. We had other workers doing renovation in the kitchen and they even tried to help to no avail. We had to cancel the installation. Big disappointment.

we thought the installation was sub par and eventually returned the item.

Never showed up, after waiting nearly 60 days they called me 2 days before and canceled, no reason given.

Had to point out that the dishwasher was installed out of plumb. Installer was defensive and responded by jerking the washer around until he installed it to square.

You did nit fix the problem. I bought from Best buy dishwasher. I paid for everything. You did not put dishwasher correctly in my home Please fix your problem proplem

Very bad experience, too many details to place in review. Called Best Buy and got no where. Poor customer service. Item not installed.

How can I review if I haven’t even received it even though you scheduled it twice and never showed up twice. Hopefully on the 15th it will be here then I could review it

First installation, did not change out the plug. Second installation, did not install insulation blanket. Third installation was perfect.

upon installation, my countertop was damaged. currently have a claim submitted for a counter replacement.

Although Best Buy gave me a gift card to make up for the delay, the delay was annoying especially since I tried to do everything I could to alert BB in advance that I thought there would be a problem.

Dishwasher was not installed as even though I paid for installation. The dishwasher, a month later, is still sitting on the floor where they dropped it off at.

Initially they told me they can install the unit with a side vent. However, they ended up installing with a vent behind, which takes up too much space, and the closet door does not close. I ended up removing the door of my closet.

They simply didn’t show up after the exchange was made.
