Although it took two appointments, ultimately it was done correctly. If the test cycle had been completed at the first appointment, it would have been apparent that neither drawer was draining.

We bought a Bosch dishwasher with the Best Buy installation package and removal of our old machine. Everything arrived on schedule and the installation team was great. The lead installer was very experienced and professional. He helped correct a problem with the original drain that was found in the process, so we were up and running in about an hour. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Professional service, methodical and ensured dishwasher functioned as advertised, the area was cleaned, and an overview of the functions of the dishwasher provided, prior to close up.

So I was hesitant given the mainly negative reviews regarding dishwasher installation. But I couldn't resist the $19 special they had on LG. 2 guys showed up and they worked well as a team. They removed my old dishwasher and replaced with my new one in about an hour. They were friendly and courteous. They had done 15 installations the day before and they had 7 more to go after mine, so they clearly were experienced and knew what they were doing. Perhaps the installation quality is city dependent, but at least in Manhattan, installation went fine. By the way, I asked them about recommendations.... they both said Bosch and Samsung, the latter b/c of it's warranty. Had I known I might have switched brands. And finally, if your circuit board on your current dishwasher burned up, there is a class action lawsuit regarding this: http://kitchenaidfire.com/.

It took three vists to get the dishwasher installed. The first one was not working properly when they put power to it. Best Buy took care of the issue and installed another new one. Great Service

I can only speak to my experience, but just had my new dishwasher installed. Polite and efficient techs, answered all of my questions, did the job quickly and well.

Mark was prompt, friendly and very efficient. The installation didnt take very long and when completed Mark explained the functions. Very pleased with the service.

Dishes get clean but not always dry without using “extra dry” setting. Could be quieter.

James did an absolutely professional install. He was conscious and friendly. He explained what he was doing and was careful not to scratch the appliances during install. He also gave a thorough explanation of each appliance, (installed a dishwasher and added the cord to the stove and placed into location in kitchen) . He tested each one to insure that it worked properly. All in all he did a great job.

Negative. The free installation advertised was false since the installer wanted over $300 for a hammer install and got angry I didn’t agree to it. Left without installing the dishwasher

Had to pay $340 additional over and above the installation charge I paid Best Buy for a $20 valve, 2 feet of rubber hose, a simple filter and what couldn’t have taken over 1 hour to do the replacement. Basically I was over charged by at least $200. The itemized receipt their office sent was a joke.

I was sceptical after reading the reviews but really needed help with installation and removal of the old dishwasher. I'm so pleased I went with it in the end as everything happened perfectly. I got a call the day before confirming the 4 hour slot for installation and then a call from the engineer within that slot to say he was 15 minutes away. The engineer was brilliant - polite, competent and efficient. Before he left he demonstrated that the dishwasher was working and left a contact number in case of any installation issues. I had to go through so many stages before being able to leave a review I just wonder whether those with a positive experience give up - I nearly did!

The team was not people from Best Buy. They were sub-contracted. They were on time. They were friendly. They installed the dishwasher in about 30 minutes.

My installer was extre courteous and very professional. The weather was lousy the day he arrived. He made sure that he did not track mud or water on our hardwood floors. Not only that, but he took great care to not scratch the hardwood with the old or new dishwasher. He explained everything to us and left. It has been a long time since we had been treated with such excellent service.

They never installed it. Told me to get a problem electrician. Although there was an existing dishwasher. Droped it off. I did get my money back for installation. No effort was made at all.

The installers where very professional, efficient and pickup after themselves so that I didn't have a mess afterward. Extremely please with the job they did.

This is a follow up to a previously installed dishwasher. The crew is very knowledgeable about the air gap problem, and corrected it promptly. Also they explained in detail how to use the Bosch dish washer properly. Very helpful.

Friendly and competent delivery and installation. The unit was damaged, but we were encouraged to use it until a replacement could be delivered the next week.

Excellent Service, Product is great, I would purchase this item and the delivery/install service again on my next appliance
