Install went smoothly once we got the logistics out of the way. The tech was professional, courteous and proficient.

Then delivery was on time with no issues. The installation was perfectly. Old dishwasher removed for us. Overall, very professional experience.

I will give them that they were on time and completed the installation quickly, but I felt like they had taken advantage of me by charging and additional $125 to install a plug. That additional charge made installation more expensive than the dishwasher itself.

I ordered a dishwasher They free installation from Best Buy. failed to deliver the product or service. I lost hours on phone calls with customer service. Ultimately, I lost a week and had to purchase somewhere else. The morning of the appointment, the driver/installer sent an SMS, from a private number, requesting that I reschedule for a week later. He said that his truck broke down. Best Buy’s app and website showed my appointment as on schedule, despite this, so I contacted customer service. They guaranteed me an appointment the next day. They said that I had to wait for the item to be returned to the warehouse before they could give me a timeslot. I let customer service know that the app displayed no record of any of this. They said to text with the driver for further instructions. Later that day, I received voicemail messages from customer service requesting that I set up a new appointment. This conflicted with what I was told earlier. It required 3 return phone calls to customer service in order to identify that their messages were erroneous, that I was still guaranteed an appointment the next day and that the driver would be in touch with me re:timing. I received a text message from the driver at 9p saying that my window was 9a-12p the next day. The next day, 12p came with no communication or notifications from anyone. I texted the driver and he stated that my order disappeared from his dashboard, that the item was out of stock at the warehouse and that Best Buy should have told me this. Basically, I waited for my my late item to be returned to the warehouse the day before and, the next day, it was unaccounted for — leading to a cancellation. I called customer service and had to request a supervisor several times before I was connected to one. The best they could offer was a week later appointment and 10% refund. I canceled the order because, after this experience, I was not confident that they would deliver the product or service. Terrible experience.

The dishwasher has been a great addition to our kitchen. Ordering online and setting up delivery services took just a matter of minutes. The installers were great; they did a wonderful job, they were quick and quiet, and made sure that we knew how to operate the dishwasher before they left.

The company rescheduled at least four times. I was very agitated with the lack of professionalism. One time, specifically, the installer came to my home and then left. When he returned, he couldn't complete the job because he was pulled off the job. In all of the frustration, I did not receive any consolation for my trouble. When the dishwasher finally arrived, almost a month after the original purchase date. The installer was extremely generous and friendly.

Crew came and declared they could not take my old dishwasher out of its place without ruining the flooring.. they said something was wrong with the way my older dishwasher was installed. I got a contractor who took it out in one minute without a scratch!

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher were professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend them.

After reading reviews, I took my chances with the installation service hoping the others were just flukes. Here I sit on the day of my delivery and installation and have been on hold with Geek Squad for a total of 30 minutes trying to get through to the install contractor. Was supposed to receive a call last night about installation time, but never received. Because I read reviews, I knew to call to confirm the installation service. After about 15 minutes on hold, a Geek Squad rep told me that the tech scheduled to install dishwasher was hurt and they didn't know until after 9 p.m. last night. Unfortunately, my husband had to take off work for the delivery and installation as the delivery was scheduled between 2 and 4 p.m. I was told that a rep with the install company was going to call within 10 minutes of my first call in order to reschedule. Half hour later, no call. On hold with Geek Squad again now... NEVER PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!
