Best Buy installed 5 large appliances with ease and professionalism

Installation team was great. They were very courteous and took the extra time with my dishwasher installation to make sure the counter was secured correctly and everything was straight before leaving.

Guys were careful and helpful. Removed old machine which was a dinosaur.

They never installed my dishwasher. I waited almost a month, made phone calls to the delivery service and made three trips back to the store before finally canceling the order.

First, the crew who did the delivery and installation were excellent. They were quick, professional, clean, and the product worked after install. However, when I purchased the product, I was given an 8-12am delivery time. 2 days before delivery, I received a call saying that they had too many people scheduled before me, and asked if they could change my delivery time. I said no - I booked that time specifically so that I could plan the remainder of my day. Why did they schedule more people than they could deliver too timely? After we talked, they changed my delivery time after I explicitly told them not to, so my delivery arrived late. It's not just the fact that they were late, but that they rescheduled me without my knowledge, permission, and without (I'm assuming) any attempt to add an extra delivery truck to their schedule or otherwise make things right. Will NOT be making any purchase at Best Buy in the future that I cannot bring home and install myself.

We took the advantage of the $20 installation deal for our new dishwasher and I very much regret not listening to the other testimonials here. I was a little wary by so many negative reviews but had hoped that it was a fluke. NOPE. Our dishwasher came with a dent and when the installers left, they had knocked our sink pipes loose so we were unable to use our sink! Yup, we essentially paid people to break our plumbing. I really regret trying to save a few bucks and getting this installation service. It's honestly not worth the headache and the hassle.
