It was nice of Bosch to pay for free installation of my dishwasher. Well worth it. Would have taken me hours to install. They were done in 40 minutes.

Absolutely a complete waste of time. I would normally just install this myself, but was hoping it would save some time to just pay Best Buy to take care of it. Installation fairly straight forward, requires a hardwire and one step down fitting to accommodate different drain hose of new dishwasher. First issue, installation company texts the night before asking me to confirm I will be home 1-4. My appointment was 7am-1pm and I had a non negotiable commitment at 4pm. I called Best Buy twice and they assured me I had a 7am-1pm time window and had to call installation company to make sure they would come on time. They arrive, but say they can’t hardwire the dishwasher. Nor can they install a plug. Both are listed as part of the installation scope, and Best Buy assured me over the phone after I called again this was within their scope of work. They also said they had no fittings for the drain line. Best Buy also said this was in their scope of work. Dishwasher was left at my house. Then spent the following week on the phone with Best Buy trying to get a straightforward answer on if the installation company will install this dishwasher. Hard to say bc they won’t call back. So, after wasting all this time and money, now I’m just doing it myself.

Install was very professional and quick once the technician actually showed up. It took 6 attempts.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been dealing with a Geek Squad warranty replacement on a dishwasher now for FOUR months. They sent out Geek Squad repair teams FIVE times starting in November, could never fix my machine. Finally got them to approve a new one. First one shows up 3.5 months after the initial repair call, dented so severely in the back it's nearly broken. I refuse that. Then I hear nothing back for weeks. I schedule my own appointment, call customer support multiple times, speak to multiple people and they assure me I'm all set for the 2nd delivery of the replacement appliance. Install team shows up and they have NO dishwasher, Best Buy never ordered it. This experience has been insanely awful. The incompetence and lack of concern across this company has been stunning and I will NEVER purchase any sizeable appliance or anything else from Best Buy ever again. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

While the installers were pleasant and all, they apparently didn't do that great a job, as within a few months, the dishwasher broke loose from the screws holding it to the counter.

What is wrong with these people, have been calling for two weeks to try to schedule installation for a dishwasher that is coming in four days, they can't find my order and tell me they can't help me make an appointment! Finally they said go to store I purchased it, I bought it online!! Such a disappointment wish I would have went somewhere else. Sales person hung up on me when I asked to speak to her supervisor.

Bestbuy didnt install the electrical ground, and the hot leg was installed too loosely. The dishwasher worked for 5 months and then the power cable burned out. Samsung came and said it was an installation problem and not covered under warranty. Bestbuy says it is past 90 days so they "can't " do anything about it. Bestbuy service rep was also rude and dismissive. Never shopping at Bestbuy again, and I urge all others to think twice about shopping there too.

One month ago today, I ordered a dishwasher and scheduled an appointment for installation. It was a long wait, but I was okay with it. Then, 2 weeks later - an email! My dishwasher was available and I could schedule it earlier! So I did! Emails, texts, order status - all gave me a new date and time. But soon... another email! I needed to schedule an appointment. Weird... since I already scheduled, but I did it. New texts, emails, order status, with my new (new) date and time. But guess what! MORE emails telling me to rescheduled. At that point, I figured, this online thing clearly isn't working, so I'll call them. 45 minute wait. Friendly guy, rescheduled me again. More emails, texts, & order status with new new new date & time. Then guess what happened! MORE RESCHEDULE MESSAGES. I've spent literally hours on the phone, with guarantees that it's really going to happen on whatever new date they give me. I was really excited today - I got 2 text messages, an email, and a phone call telling me to expect them today (during an 8 hour window...). Then - half an hour into my delivery window - another reschedule text! What?! But they should be here in the next 7.5 hours. So, I called again. Friendly guy, told me that the delivery is still scheduled, but not the installation, and put me on a "brief hold" while he tracked down someone who could help. 53 minutes later - they hung up. It's now 30 minutes past my delivery window - no dishwasher. I can't cancel the order, because it's outside of business hours, and it won't let me cancel online because the order is "in process". Really just hoping that someone who knows something at BB will read this (they apparently don't read tweets, facebook messages, or emails) and help me.

I was very happy with the installation. They were timely, courteous, and did a great job installing my new dishwasher.
