The persons wno de,ivered it charged me additional 250. Never got a return call or explanition from best buy. Does not dry dishes

Dishwasher was leaking w/I 20 min of there departure. Never got a call back from Best Buy installation manager or anyone else. No customer service

GOT A CALL ON TUESDAY THAT THEY WANT TO RESCHEDULE ME FOR FRIDAY.(NO REASON GIVEN) CALLED ON THURSDAY MIGHT-"SCHEDULE FOR INSTALLATION IS FRIDAY 12-4 PM" ON FRIDAY GETTING AUTOMATED CALL TO CALL TO BE RESCHEDULED.CALLED BEST BUY-INSTALLER IS ON THE WAY TO BE CONTINUED. NOTE-NEVER HEARD A WORD "SORRY"SPOKEN.IT MIGHT HELP SOMETIMES

Lazy

My super got valve closed without a problem then installed it himself and hauled away old dishwasher. So I would like my $175 back. Should give 0 rating but can't.

Horrible Service - Flooded Basement

The tech started the dishwasher before he left, to run a cycle. I ran dishwasher last night. Just went downstairs, and my basement has flooding. Damage to linoleum floor, carpet , walls! I opted to pay for installation, thinking I would avoid such problems!
