Bought the most expensive dishwasher for the brand but the actual functionality i don't really like. Maybe judging against my previous one but silverware spot is way in the back of the bottom drawer which makes it inconvenient. Having the bottom drawer open and shutting the door doesn't slide the bottom drawer into place (my 15 year old Whirlpool was perfect in that regard) , it kicks it off it's tracks. The top rack is so shallow and has all kinds of weird dividers in it that it is pretty much useless...maybe it's just for knives but i don't put my good knives in the dishwasher. It is VERY quiet, seems to take it's time washing, but does a reasonable job there.

I could not imagine a better installation. Came at agreed time, had appropriate tools, consulted with us about appropriate local details, installed, tested, found problems , brain stormed, took corrective measures, retested. All well. Took their leave all well since.

The company that Best Buy hires to install is good. They are knowledgeable and communicated multiple times prior to install. My few complaints are as follows: -I had someone else be there for the install as I had to work and they gave me a 4 hour window of time in the middle of the day when they could come. I had asked for them to contact that person-instead they called me multiple times. Finally when the install guy specifically called, I had asked him to call the person who was home, he did that and it went very smooth and excellent! -Apparently if you get it installed by a professional, you have to apply for a permit from that city. While the company itself was helpful in doing it all, I was not made aware of this prior and it can be as much as $80 additional dollars!

The install of my dishwasher was delayed on the day of install by an hour. The installer called a few hours before and informed me of the delay explaining why and apologizing. When they arrived they were efficient, told me exactly what they would be doing and apologized again for being late.

The installation was excellent. I didn't trust the set up under the sink with the old one and the tech rerouted the drain and it is functioning much better. thank you!

Installation was fantastic. The two guys were very courteous and friendly and explained everything very well. Showed up on time and got the job done perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the installation.

We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and since I don't consider myself a handyman felt it was best to have the new dishwasher installed by a professional installer. The installation was completed on the date promised and it was obvious the installer knew what he was doing. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up before they left. Thanks Best Buy!

Installers were on time, extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They got my new dishwasher installed very quickly and even offered to vacuum up the carpet afterwards. Great guys and the dishwasher works great! Highly recommended!

Guys did a fine job installing dishwasher in a remodel of an older house that didn't have super-level floors. They worked at it and got the best installation possible with the floor's limitations.

I was upset to learn at the time of the install i needed to pay $150 more to add a GFI outlet

These guys were really knowledgeable. They encountered a couple of issues but it was no problem for them. They showed me some things about the dishwasher that I didn’t know. Very helpful.

The person who installed my dishwasher was very professional. He took his time to ensure that the best quality of work is done. I appreciate the quality of work he’s done.

Installation went without a hitch. They even added a receptacle to plug into. They removed the existing one that was originally hard wired to the electrical system. Cleaned up after they were done. Good overall job.

Really like the look of this new dishwasher. It runs very quiet to my last dishwasher. And it’s has a delayed start on it which is great because i’m always forgetting something.

Install guys were nice and did OK. The reason for 4 stars - a couple of weeks after the install the dishwasher door would not close. Come to find out that the screw they used to anchor the washer to the adjacent cabinet was way too short - penetrating the cabinet by less than 1/8" allowing the washer to shift inwards. I fixed it with a longer screw and problem solved.
