Installation was fantastic. The two guys were very courteous and friendly and explained everything very well. Showed up on time and got the job done perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the installation.

Guys did a fine job installing dishwasher in a remodel of an older house that didn't have super-level floors. They worked at it and got the best installation possible with the floor's limitations.

3 installers came to install the refrigerator/freezer, range, and range hood. The dishwasher was on back order and 2 installers came today to install the dishwasher. the dishwasher install was prompt and professionally done. Just make sure they also install the proper water hose from the new dishwasher to the garbage disposal.

Very pleased with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Dishes come out clean without pre-rinsing. I usually do, but I decided to test this product. I was very pleased. And it is so quiet, I had to put my head close the the door to make sure it was running.

We've BEEN WAITING ALL DAY for a dishwasher installation at $200 cost, confirmed appointment several times tracked driver Mohamed via app who stated he would arrive by 4:21 pm and I received a cancellation call at 4:19. I have NO WATER now as a result because my sink is unhooked, etc... There's NO appointment until January 9TH TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE from Best Buy. Management SHOULD CALL ME and Have someone come out TOMORROW as an EMERGENCY INSTALL

The installer arrived on time, quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed new one correctly. He took care that it was level and did not rub against the wall (unlike previous installers). He handed me the instructions and warrantly instead of leaving everything in a pouch for me to sort through. He also showed me the initial start and answered all my questions.

Very satisfied with install. He was a total gentleman. He explained what he was about to do and reviewed the booklet with me on how to operate. The Do's and Don'ts. Cleaned up area well. Answered all my questions.
