Installation was ok. I could have given a low rating to either BestBuy or the RXO. I requested installation but it was not noted either by BestBuy or RXO. I would put a warning to customers to check carefully on this because it happened on 3 appliances. They were installed after complaining of the miscommunication.

Installation went without a hitch. They even added a receptacle to plug into. They removed the existing one that was originally hard wired to the electrical system. Cleaned up after they were done. Good overall job.

The installer had a hard time getting my old dishwasher out but he worked on it till it came out. He did an excellent job putting the new one in because he had a difficult floor to work with. He was really nice and even though he spent a lot of time working here he didn't complain about it. He did an excellent job.

I had them install a new Maytag dishwasher. I had a previous GE dishwasher in it's place that had been there for 12 years. It was time for an upgrade. Prior to installation, I was able to use both the dishwasher and the garbage disposal....but somehow during uninstall and install the outlet had a problem that only the top section of the outlet decided to work. The bottom of the outlet has no power now. So, now I have to hire an electrician to fix the outlet. It is a problem with the outlet and not the breaker. Apparently there must be a loose wire in the outlet itself. The installer just happened upon a bad outlet (I guess) even though it had worked perfectly prior to the installation....so now I'm out the electrician fee for the work on the outlet. UGH. But, that is a part of life.

The installation of my dishwasher was excellent. The installer took his time and made sure everything was done perfectly. I was very happy with his work.

The guy who put this in was quick, quiet, and did a good job. Very impressed.

3 guys came to install. Each had a job to do and moved along well. Could not install because needed a junction box, and a plug in cord was provided in the box. They explained that I had to go to BB to exchange the cord. They removed existing DW and placed the new one safely in a space in my kitchen. My new installation date was 3 weeks later! Bummer. 2 guys came. One guy didn't even come into the house! He sat in the truck. The one installer did everything including carrying the DW about 10'. He worked quickly. The guy in the truck should be fired!

Installers were on time, extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They got my new dishwasher installed very quickly and even offered to vacuum up the carpet afterwards. Great guys and the dishwasher works great! Highly recommended!

The only time we hear anything from this dishwasher is when it is emptying into our garbage disposal which is not the fault of the dishwasher. Also, it plays music when the drying cycle is finished, we still can not figure out what song it is. We had another new dishwasher with the same 44 dbs but this one is even quieter, basically no sound at all, we love it.

I got an awesome price for a great dishwasher. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock and they honored the price for a little more expensive model. That worked great. The installation by Geek Squad was awful. They installed it incorrectly the first time; the water and electricity was fine, but it was only connected to the cabinet on the left side, so it was crooked, and it was not level either. The top drawer of the dishwasher, if it was pulled halfway out, would come all the way out because the dishwasher was angled towards the front. When I called to them them do the installation done correctly, they ended up having to cancel due to Coronavirus (which was to be expected). Once I could reschedule, the first appointment I could get was 3 weeks out - again, also "kind of" expected since they were favoring new installations rather than fixing installations. After waiting for 3 weeks and getting the call from them confirming the installation, they never showed. I ended up calling them later in the day and the person said that my installer ended up getting called to a different job, so I would need to reschedule. This time they wanted to push it out between 4 and 5 weeks. I was furious; they just acted like "oh, our person didn't show up, never called, oh well, let's just reschedule - the next available reschedule was between 4 and 5 weeks". I couldn't believe they could actually say that with a straight face. I was furious. I talked to 2 people who essentially said the same thing. This was not my fault, yet they were so cavalier about the guy not showing up and then saying it would be another month or more. When I spoke to the 2nd person, I would not take no for an answer. I made them talk to their supervisor, and after some time, they ended up processing it as a "zero dollar order", and they could schedule it 2 days later. Those installers were not Geek Squad, and they did a great job with the installation. So apparently there was an issue getting Geek Squad out there but "paying" for a new installation order (of zero dollars) somehow bumped me up in the priority, and waiting 2 days was fine for me. But all in all, the installation process was just a nightmare.

The boys came and hooked everything up in no time. Great job.
