Installer contacted us and set up a time to install. Did a bang up job in a small amount of time.

This crew was really good bc the head guy called me, and I explained to him that the prior Best Buy team incorrectly installed the dishwasher the first time. He immediately got it, solved the issue correctly during the 2nd install (first install was not done by his team). He also gave my tenants his number to call in case they had further issues. We have had no issue since he came up!

Dishwasher install was simple and easy. Our installer came and installed in less than 2 hours. He took away the old dishwasher. Boda boom boda bang job done!

Technicians were punctual and did a good job with our dishwasher installation including taking care not to damage the unit or our hardwood floors. Would use Best Buy again!

Quick installation. I purchased the dishwasher when it included free installation. The 2 guys that came out were very professional. I am assuming subcontracted from Best Buy. I did have to spend a little to complete the installation because the plug for the Bosch was slightly different than what my old dishwasher had. $50 later and it was working perfectly.

Second appliance I have bought from Best Buy. They provided great service and the install went perfect.

Very pleased with our installer. Called ahead of time to see if he could squeeze our install in before driving to a neighboring town, but even when we couldn't was very polite. Came on time, worked fast, was very courteous, demoed the product, and just did a great job of customer service. Did a much better job than I could have in far less time.

Company used by Best Buy to install my dishwasher was exceptional. They encountered a problem caused by design of the original builder and they were able to devise a great work around. They were punctual and professional. They not only cleaned up there mess when they left but they also put everything back under my sink and cleaned a little of my mess too.

They were fast, efficient, professional, did a great job.

Guys that came out were quick and efficient. No damage, no leaks, and the old one was hauled away. One slight issue a week after install due to the insulation getting caught in the hinge but nothing to lose sleep over.

The team that installed our GE dishwasher was the same team that installed our GE microwave a few months earlier.

Very good. Went for Bosch because of reliability history. Not as quiet as my GE Profile was overall. Size and rack configuration not as flexible as I thought it would be. It does clean extremely well, dries very well even without a heating element. I was initially concerned about height and concerned there would be visible space at the bottom, but with cover plate attached there was no visible space. Like that it has a built-in Water Softener. The ADA model of the 800 is a little smaller, but a great price for an excellent product.

The installer did a great job and she seemed to know what she was talking about and offered advise on not overusing cleaning agents and also offered advise on not overusing washing machine soap as well.

On time, super fast & got it perfect the first time!
