Clean and efficient installation, including putting on our old panel on the new panel-ready dishwasher.

The installer was punctual, friendly, and presentable. Did an efficient and clean job of installation. He also educated me clearly in how to use the dishwasher, and the many ways the racks can be reconfigured.

Two people arrived to install a dishwasher. Their communication ahead of their arrival was excellent and they arrived when they said they would. They were smart, polite and well-dressed. They even put booties on over their shoes before coming in the house even though I told them that it wasn't necessary. The one element that stopped the install cold was that I have aluminum wiring in the house. Even though I've had other dishwashers hooked up directly to the wiring for over twenty years without an issue, Geek Squad will not connect an appliance to aluminum wiring. That might be only in my area but it would be a good idea if you asked in-store before purchasing the install for this product.

I was really pleased with the install process. He called before coming in the timeframe I was given. He was friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after. He was efficient and did a great job. He also answered all my questions I had and gave me recommendations on how to take care of it and keep it well maintained. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

The third party plumbing company called two days beforehand, which was nice. I saw a review saying the model I bought was really hard to install, but the two strapping young lads who installed mine didn't seem to have an issue and I haven't had any leaks yet.

The installers went above and beyond in order to install my new dishwasher. This was not an easy task for them in a home built in 1976. The duo said " we will make this work" and they did!!!The installers that I have had the opportunity to meet from Best Buy have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for having a can do attitude.

The install was finished quickly and efficiently and since the install the dishwasher has been rock solid.

I paid for the installation, which was very expensive, and moreso since i bought 2 dishwashers, and had to pay separately for each one, rather than a discount for the second one or a package deal. The cost was $250 each, totaling $500! The first installation team came and installed both dishwashers in a total of about 30 minutes; and they raised potential problems with the installation even before examining the location of the installation well. Despite recommendations we made, they installed it rapidly and without being thorough. They did not follow standard installation procedures as recommended in the installation booklet. 2 days later. one of the dishwashers fell out of alignment with the other and became loose and wobbly. So I had to call back to have them fix the initial installation. They came back and fixed the problem, but should have reinstalled the 2 dishwashers the right way according to instructions. Rather, they tried to temporarily "fix" a problematic installation, and it took a long time and a lot of my insisting that it be done right before they left. Hopefully, the same initial problem will not present itself again! But Best Buy should insure that its third party installation companies hire competent and careful installers, esp. given the steep cost; and there should be a review undertaken by Best Buy afterwards, to ensure that there is a proper handshake between BB and its installers. I implicitly trust Best Buy but no longer can implicitly trust that its business partners will do the right thing when they deliver and install on behalf of BB!

Dishwasher is very quiet and does a great job cleaning the d8sges. Only disappointment is how easily the kick plate is to dasmage, it's flimsy.

The installation team was awesome. Arrived on time, answered my questions knowledgeably and even made a minor repair that saved me from having to reschedule. Highly recommend.

The representative for AIC Alliance LLC who installed our dishwasher was terrific. He called ahead, arrived on-time and removed the old washer and installed the new washer professionally and efficiently.

Installers did an excellent job. My first schedule was not showed up after waiting my half Saturday then I called to receive a bad message and got promised with compensation gift card. Took many reschedules and tons of calls and few weeks to come and cost my Saturday to get it in. Promise of gift card is fake. Installers and delivery are excellent.

Best Buy sent out an outstanding dishwasher installer. He knew what to do as soon as he looked at the old dishwasher being replaced. The installer was in and out in less than 1 hr.
