Best Buy sent out an outstanding dishwasher installer. He knew what to do as soon as he looked at the old dishwasher being replaced. The installer was in and out in less than 1 hr.

The installation team was awesome. Arrived on time, answered my questions knowledgeably and even made a minor repair that saved me from having to reschedule. Highly recommend.

Install was fast and smooth. No complaints. Not sure if this was included but didnt really go over dishwasher after install.

They guys who did the install were great. The only issue I had was the cover for the dishwasher air gap was cracked, but it was plastic, so cheap quality. I just bought a chrome one for $12 bucks to solve the problem.

The gentlemen were very professional , knowledgeable and efficient. We could not be happier with them.

Best Buy contacted 2 days prior to confirm installation. Installer called the night before to time of install, get directions and address any concerns. Arrived on time the day of install, done 90 minutes later. Took all packaging material and cleaned up any mess they made. No leaks and everything runs excellently!

They would have installed it for us but we didn’t have time for them to do it so my husband installed it when he had the chance and it works great. I’m sure anyone who is extra handy could do it.

I had a very pleasant experience. They came on time, informed me in advance. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Did all the unpacking outside the house, removed my old dishwasher before getting in the new one. Very quickly and efficiently installed my new one, tested it out, cleaned up any messes. And a very knowledgeable tech. Thanks BB.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased the installation for a Bosch dishwasher. However, I was extremely impressed! The 2 gentleman that came to complete the installation were true experts! They were friendly AND did an excellent job with the installation! I WILL definitely use Best Buy Geek Squad again for appliance installation and repair.

Seems like the new dishwashers take more time than the old [15 years]. Works well but still getting used to where to put what. Needed an adjustment part since old cables were 1/2 inch and new ones 3/8. Had to spend $120 to have the adjustment part put in. Best Buy did not have the capabilities to make the adjustment. Overall good choice.

Best Buy has gotten too big for their britches as my father would say. When you call for service be prepared to jump through numerous hoops just to state your issue! Which is a level of stress all it's own. I purchased a dishwasher back in July "24 and after each use I noticed a awful smell, well the dirty water wasn't draining out completely. I call Best Buy and after 30 plus minutes Im able to reach a human only to be told that its still under the manufacturer warranty so call them instead. Wow, some customer service. So I do just that, their service representative comes out and in less then 5 minutes tells me my water line was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they ( manufacturer) does not do corrections on installs . Back to call BB and playing the phone game....finally I convince a representative to send out someone. They come and run a cycle adjust the door and ask to use my bathroom???? And then they were gone. BUT, get this, THEY reported that the problem wasn't corrected themselves. As a result BB called me back saying that they would have someone else come out. The last individual was extremely professional (no bathroom breaks) :) took the dishwasher apart, readjusted the water line, ran several cycles to correct the problem. Every service repairman should be this precise. This has been a nightmare all because I wanted to upgrade to stainless steel my old white appliances worked FINE now im paying the price in more ways than one just for the newest trend I get a free headache.

Installer team was courteous and very knowledgeable. They quickly removed my old dishwasher and installed the new dishwasher. They did a professional job

Three gentlemen came to our home to install the dish washer. Before they came, they contacted us several times to inform us the exact time they arrive. They did perfect job in installation. Also, they afforded us a lot of information. We tried to give them some tip but they didn't take it. They were the best installation team we have had.
