Crew carefully hooked up our dishwasher with the kit they brought. They were totally professional and were careful that there were no leaks.

Without going into too much detail, the first install was awful, they were hours late and ended up not installing because they claimed the 6 foot hose I had to buy was not long enough. This caused a 2 month delay in getting it installed. Second installers were awesome. Arrived on time, and even though I bought a longer hose for them to use, they installed using the best buy 6 foot hose with no issue. Second guys great, first guys awful, both from the same XPO delivery company. Guess it just depends who you get.

Very please with dekivery and installion. Delivery was on time and installed with no issue. The i staller was very knowledgeable with dishwasher and even explained the cycles and how to maintain it.

After reading the reviews about installation I knew I wanted to have the delivery people also do the install. There were three yooung men who worked efficiently as a team - each had their own part of the job. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They even put the items back under the kitchen sink!

Install was quick and seamless. Loved how installer gave tips and guidance on how to use along with monthly checks to be performed.

Jose and the other man who installed the dishwasher did a great job both removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one, leveling it, and testing it. The cost of the installation was really high, though, when you add up all the additional costs.

Delivery was as expected. Installation went smoothly for the most part. Had to work on getting the old one out! Installer was knowledgeable and friendly! In Ky they have to be a lincensed plumber so felt very comfortable with the installation.

Installation was done in a very professional manner. The technician was experienced and very qualified. Covid protocols were followed. Note: The supply water value must be operational in order to turn off and before installation can be done.

The installation of our Bosch dishwasher was perfect. We had problems with the performance of the dishwasher and Best Buy replaced it. Both installers did a great job. Both installers were professional and extremely competent as well as very respectful of our property. Highly recommended!

Installers arrived at the beginning of their 4 hour window. Installed in an hour and cleaned up the mess. Hauled away the old dishwasher. Very pleased with their work. Showed me how to operate and ran a cycle to make sure ut was running and draining properly.

the installers were professional, they were careful in taking out the old dishwasher, by butting a hard plastic under the dishwasher to keep from scratching up the floor. They clean up after installing the dishwasher and showed me how to use the new one, great service.

The installation was quick and the installers gave a tutorial on the appliance after. There was a scratch made to the floor(wood) but a claim was filed quickly and no other issues happened.

The two men did an excellent job on installation of our dishwasher. They worked efficiently, got the job done, and answered all of our questions on use of the dishwasher.

Not much to say about this. The first dishwasher did not fit properly in the space. Sent it back and got 2nd one. Different installer on the 2nd and he had no problem making it fit properly!

Premier appliance dishwasher install went really well. They come within the time frame. Gives customer a heads up 15-30 mins that they are about to arrive. Great work.
