My dishwasher installation was quick and efficient. I was informed I would need a plug installed, not hardwired. The two gentlemen did that for me too. I am sorry, I forgot there names. They were very polite and kept me informed.

The installers did a careful and complete installation. I am very impressed by the lengths they went to insure the dishwasher was correctly placed and hooked up. They were polite and cheerful and safe. Kudos to these hard workers!

The installer was very professional. clearly had a strong expertise in installing the dishwasher. very quick and efficient in the installation. Top shelf installation.

I have made a complaint on the phone as well. I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer showed up unexpectedly and immediately started pressuring me to proceed, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, essentially holding the job hostage under duress. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward and neither did Best Buy. They offered $50 back as if that would restore my faith in their brand. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal.

This is a very nice product. Quieter than the previous models I've had. Gets the dishes very clean. I love the third rack and the design of the flatware basket.. it holds forks upright and separated so all flatware gets clean.

Best Buy sent a two nice installer who showed and did the needed job. I have not had any problem with installation so far. I was available that day and installer requested to come earlier than initial schedule. That was not an issue for me. It was great not having to worry with the hiring of someone for the work.

Just a perfect job by Tommy. He had to move the electrical outlet but for a fair price he did it and the Dishwasher fix perfectly and securely unlike my old one. Tommy explained how it worked and all the functions. GREAT Customer Service and beyond !!!

Great dishwasher for the price. On average a normal cycle goes about 2 1/2 hours. Cleans the dishes well. I bought this dishwasher because of three things; 1.) it had racks that let me decide how I want to put the dishes in the dishwasher. I’m not a fan of all the bent tines that don’t fit larger bowls or pits and pans, 2.) the utensil basket is on the door instead of taking up valuable room on the lower rack, 3.) I like to see when my dishes are done and be able to see the controls while my dishes are washing, the controls on the front instead of on the top of the door was a must for me. The price was not a factor for me but a pleasant surprise given that I bought it specifically for those features. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, so far so good!

We live in an older house and nothing is standard or square so nothing is a simple installation. Tech was awesome and put in the extra effort to make sure it was in, worked and looked great.

The team came on time. They also noticed some defects in the dishwasher that was delivered earlier in the week. These defects were that the footer was missing and wiring had been disconnected. They worked hard to compensate for the delivery errors and did a great job.

The dishwasher delivered was damaged. Not the installers fault. No worries, the crew installed it and allowed us to use it until a replacement was ordered and installed at no cost to us. Kudos! The first installers were on time, kind and courteous. The second time around, different installers were sent. They were late and were not hurried with anything they did. Had to make other arrangements to get to an appointment because they took so long. Because of the first installers, I would give them another shot.

I was throughly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge the bestbuy/geek squad technician. He went above and beyond ensuring everything was correctly and efficiently installed. I am confident to say he installed my dishwasher to the same requirements he would install for himself. Highly recommended.

The team that installed our GE dishwasher was the same team that installed our GE microwave a few months earlier.
