The gentleman were very quick and thorough of installing it. They called me a head of time to give me a better ETA which helped out a lot. Very courteous and outstanding gentleman.

I was worried because other reviews of the dishwasher I bought raised several installation issues, including the need for a custom plug or being unable to do a hard-wired install. My installers came on time, worked quickly, and had the dishwasher up and running with no issues (including a hard-wired power connection.)

The installation team was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Made sure the installation was correct and that the unit was working correctly.

The guys who did my installation seemed very experienced and quickly got things done. Leveling the dishwasher seemed to take a while. Unfortunately, in the process of leveling, the installers managed to scratch the control panel on the cabinet mounting tabs. My wife and I weren't very pleased with this. Best Buy did remedy the situation. I easily could have done the job, but the install came free with the dishwasher purchase.

The installation went very well. The installers did a nice job and were done quickly. We should have been told in the store that an outlet needed to be installed and the dishwasher plugged in for installation (no hardwiring allowed anymore by code) , however. This could have been done in advance.

On time, prepared and knowledgeable. We felt good overall with our purchase of the product and the installation that followed.

Installer was courteous and did a good job installing the dishwasher and taking away the old one. The only downside was that he came hours after the scheduled time slot.

I would suggest that you know what type of electrical set-up you have before you arrange for an install or replacement. We replaced our existing dishwasher and didn’t realize that the electrical for the old was in an odd place that wouldn’t match the electrical setup for the new dishwasher. We had to pay an additional charge to convert the electrical box. Other than that, the installers were professional and removed the old dishwasher. Be a sure to request the removal and recycle service if you need to discard old appliances.

Both guys handled the dishwasher better than the other delivery guys who may have damaged the two previous ones. These guys did great with the installation too. They were pleasant, fast, and neat. Greatly appreciated their professionalism.

The team, lead, apprentice (son), and fabricator were outstanding. Very concerned about the house and cleaned up all residual detritus, (boxes, spare parts, etc.). They also allowed me access after removal of old oven and dishwasher to vacuum and mop before installing the new items.

The install team surpassed all our expectations. Even our goofy kitchen didn't throw anything at them they couldn't handle. We were super impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness and skill. 6-Stars
