We live in an older house and nothing is standard or square so nothing is a simple installation. Tech was awesome and put in the extra effort to make sure it was in, worked and looked great.

Best installer ever! This was a tight space and he was patient and careful and explained everything he was doing. Tested it for leaks and working parts and I love this dishwasher! He was clean, respectful of property and surroundings and knowledgeable. Fits better than the previous dishwasher.

The installers arrived early and waited outside. Fortunately I saw them and asked them to start installation. Did the job quickly, removed the old appliance, tested the unit, and cleaned up well after themselves. Couldn't have been more pleased.

The technician who installed my new KitchenAid dishwasher arrived on time and did a very professional job on the installation. My old dishwasher was installed over 20 years ago and he had to slightly modify the plumbing for the new unit. This was no problem to him and the new machine looks and runs great.

I was so impressed by the two men who installed my Bosch dishwasher. The old one was not originally installed correctly and there were spaces on both side. We purchased the house one year ago. These two gentlemen did a wonderful and quick job installing this dishwasher with very limited space.

Installation was done in a very professional manner. The technician was experienced and very qualified. Covid protocols were followed. Note: The supply water value must be operational in order to turn off and before installation can be done.

Delivery was great. Guys were early and professional. Best Buy was suppose to take dishwasher away I added that as part of purchase and it’s not on install order with technician. This is problematic as there is no detail of purchase and no one to call to clear up issue. I do not want a broken dishwasher and I don’t want it left outside my door. And no one to talk to at Best Buy to resolve this issue.

Capable, efficient, customer friendly and patient approach

Hector arrived on time, after calling earlier to confirm. Then he went right to work, and soon the busted machine was outside. In just a few minutes, the new machine was in place and connected. I had overlooked a couple of bottles in his way, and he quietly moved them and pushed the new diswasher in place. When it was fully connectedf, he gave me a complete lesson in how to operate it, along with some sample soap and rinsing fluids. And he cleaned up and left me happy with a new and working dishwasher

The ibstaller was great. And at the end of a 17 delivery day by himself, you wouldn't know it. He was competent, friendly and efficient.

The installers did a careful and complete installation. I am very impressed by the lengths they went to insure the dishwasher was correctly placed and hooked up. They were polite and cheerful and safe. Kudos to these hard workers!

the installation went great. in and out in no time flat. he didnt seem to use anything from the installation kit that i was told by the salesperson that it was mandatory that i buy.
