Only one person was sent to install a dishwasher, stove, and standing deep freezer. He was very polite, efficient, and quick. I would recommend him for a raise.

We.ordered a Samsung dishwasher along with install. We had to postpone the delivery for a week. We needed a GFI installed before the dishwasher would be operational. BestBuy gave us a new date and afternoon delivery & install time. On the day of delivery we were called and told they were running early and would be at our residence two hours early.. The delivery personnel came and were very courteous and professional. I already removed the old dishwasher because of the install of the GFI.. They installed the Samsung and hauled the old dishwasher away. We were pleased with the results.

Ok it took forever and a day it seemed at the time, but the staff installing the product did great when the team was finally dispatched to do the job. The scheduling was problematic and required way too many phone calls on my part to get someone out there when anticipated for weeks. One bit of advice, our installers did great, but after they left I noticed a streaky stain on the exterior that made my heart sink. Luckily it wasn't a stain just an oily streak, so give a quick once over cleaning to the unit exterior with stainless steel cleaner to make it shine. Customers, make sure that thing looks great before they leave - I was so worried it was scarred but it wasn't.

Our installer was very professional, quick and tidy! He was able to work around our pets and the other workmen doing renovations in our home! He provided a demonstration on how to use the dishwasher and gave a good tip on not adding jet dry, as this dishwasher doesn't need it! :)

We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher to replace our ancient Whirlpool, installation was fast and the installers practiced covid protocols, wearing masks, staying away from us, and they even took their shoes off before entering the house.

Showed up when they were supposed to. Took them less than an hour to install. They were careful not to dirty up our kitchen floor by wearing this booties to cover their shoes. Very professional. Price for installation was reasonable.

Installer did a great job. Very experienced and friendly. Explained the process to run.

There was a snafu by Best Buy on scheduling that delayed the install by a week, which was disappointing, but when they did come out, the installer and his helper did a fine job; quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

This is really not a GeekSquad Install. They really farm it out to a third party. Our installers were on time and did a good job. I wish they would have cleaned up after they left.

The installation was perfect. The guys called before they came and were right on time. They did a great job putting in the new dishwasher and removing the old one. I really appreciated that they made sure everything worked before they left.

surprising that it does not remove coffee and tea stains on cups in upper rack - have had to pre scrub. Otherwise seems to do a fine job. Hoping it will require far less servicing that the old Asko

The Best Buy guys who installed our dishwasher were professional and friendly. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing the dishwasher and explaining its operation.

The company that installed my dishwasher was excellent. Put it in about an hour. Make sure it worked and great review on them.

I was extremely happy with the Best Buy installation the two technicians were professional and asked If I had any questions and advised me to remember to register my dishwasher for warranty. They did take their time and do a good job as it was a tight squeeze in the height of the new dishwasher.

I got a narrower window for delivery and they kept to it. They were efficient cortious and explained in simple terms how to use the appliance. Absolutely no complaints

I was a bit concerned when just one person showed up to install my dishwasher, but that concern was unfounded. The guy knew his stuff - had my machine installed and the old one removed in no time at all! Big time cool...!

MOST QUIET MACHINE INDEED CLEANS VERY VERY WELL! GOOD PRODUCT

There were some issues with a refill sensor out of the box but they came out very quickly to replace it the whole unit, which cost me nothing, and the installers were really great people.
