In regards to the dishwasher installation, it works perfectly fine and the technicians were prompt, friendly, and courteous. The main tech even helped me with another unrelated Geek Squad problem, to which I was very grateful for. They were however, not respectful of my wooden floor. I provided plywood to protect the floor, had it two feet from the dishwasher as they started, but then got out of their way and let them work. After they left I discovered a deep jagged scratch approximately two feet long, plus 3 matching depressions in the wood. They also turned off my hot water, but forgot to turn it back on. I noticed as soon as they left and called the technician back. He asked me to trouble shoot it and the hot water heater (which I did), but finally came back after four hours and four phone calls made to the tech because I remained without hot water. Coincidentally, my boyfriend had a dishwasher also delivered from Best Buy five days earlier, and his wooden floor was also scratched during installation. My floors are relatively new and I was determined to keep them in good shape. I was so disheartened to see the damage after they left. The technician actually said there were some kind of protective covers on the bottom of the new dishwasher, so they didn't need the plywood. Unfortunately, I believe the damage occurred when the old appliance was removed. I can't believe there isn't a slide board, cardboard, something that isn't part of the installation procedure? The cost to repair the floor, which I am pursuing, will probably be more than the cost of the dishwasher itself. Not a win win for Best Buy.

Installer was very efficient. Easily removed old dishwasher and carted it away. Took about 20 minutes to hook up new one.

Our plumber installed the dishwasher, not the Best Buy guys. Since it was a replacement the job was pretty much an "in and out" deal. It works.

I have been shopping for quite some time and finally decided to by my new dishwasher from Best Buy. I could not be more pleased with my decision. Alex and Mike came out they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took great care when removing and installing the dishwasher and explained in great detail how to work it and maintain it. I have to say that the competitors offered the same price but they did not offer installation, removal and/or disposal of the old dishwasher or if they did it was extremely expensive. I could not be happier that I chose Best Buy for my new appliance. Instead of spending the money on all the extra fees, I added a 5 year warranty instead. No membership fee and being a single Mom I did not have to get out tools and try to remove the machine on my own, Alex and Mike did it all. Thank you both for being so kind, it was such a great experience!

The installation kit was a required purchase with a new dishwasher although there was noting wrong with the parts on the old dishwasher. My biggest complaint is that the installers took parts that weren't used with them including the 6" line cord. I asked for it and was told it wasn't in the lit. I doubt that but they opened the kit in the back of their truck and I never saw what was in it. I can always use extension cords in my business and making one is very simple with one end of the cord already present.

The installation was done professionally leaving no room for complaint. This dishwasher is the best that we've ever had and it cleans like we thought a dishwasher never could. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who has never been quite satisfied with the multitude of products on the market now.

You can trust in best buy's services, they come through on time and install your dishwasher without hassle just as the advertised service. Always recommended to replace your sink incinerator at the same time of a dishwasher install.

The two-man team worked quickly and competently, installing the Bosch dishwasher without a hitch. They were also quite strong and did a good job of removing the old machine.

Installer was amazing. Insured the plumbing hookup was leakproof, the unit was securely anchored to the cabinet and the dishwasher was was operating through the wash cycle.

The installers came within the planned time. We had to wait several weeks for a machine to be available because of pandemic limits, and also because our towns of Santa Fe and Albuquerque NM have less inventory than bigger cities. The work was done correctly as far as we know, although we were delivered a shorter hose connection than we paid for. The guys made it work. Within a month, the soap dispenser did not work but that is a product quality issue, not an installation issue.

The installer showed up on time and did an excellent job uninstalling and removing the old machine before installing the new one. The whole task consumed a little over one-hour. The kitchen was left clean and the dishwasher was checked to insure it was running properly. All-in-all an excellent job.

Michael installed my dishwasher and did an amazing job. Not only did he take the old one out and install the new one, but we noticed that the weight of the countertop was giving on the cabinets and dishwasher due to the previous owner not securing the dishwasher completely. Michael went above an beyond to ensure the dishwasher was not only installed correctly but also made sure it was secured. Amazing service!

Outside of placing carpet protectors to ensure dirt was not tracked inside my home (I took care of it myself).. The services technicians were very skilled and professional! Would definitely recommend the Best Buy installation team.

The men were excellent in all areas, They kept us informed as to when they were coming and they showed when they said they would. They were pleasant and worked nonstop until the washer was installed and functioning.
