They called ahead and gave up plenty of heads up, and worked quickly and efficiently. No problems at all post installation.

I ordered a new dishwasher from Best Buy. This was the first time I purchased a major appliance from this company. The installer was professional, knowledgeable and practiced good Covid19 procedures. I highly recommend the installer.

I had a dishwasher installed. The two guys were friendly and professional. They ensured the washer worked on all cycles and that there were no leaks.

The installers were courteous and punctual. So far I have not have any problems with the installation. They cleaned up at the end.

The tech who installed the dishwasher updated our water valve so that the new dishwasher would work properly. He was helpful and made sure it was fully functional before he left.

The install went well. The Tech explained everything and show me how to work my appliance.

The installation crew was ahead of the scheduled time, which was ok, they removed the old one and had the new dishwasher installed very quickly, cleaned up and was gone in a very good time.

I was very pleased with the installation of my Bosch Dishwasher. The technicians were very professional during the installation process. I was given an operation preview on how the dishwasher works and pointers on how to maintain the appliance for best results.

The actual installation was great. The two guys showed up, installed the dishwasher, showed us how it worked, cleaned up, and headed out. Who could ask for more? Well, having them come out when the dishwasher was delivered would have been a good start. We arranged and paid for delivery and installation. However, the store employees failed to schedule it. Not taking away any points, because the installation (when we finally got it) went great. Just make sure the store schedules it correctly.

Dishwasher is great...Installation was a nightmare and BB hasn't responded to my complaints.

Installer noticed I had a problem with pipe. I contacted plumber, he was right!! I did, in fact it was serious. I repaired it rescheduled installation all was smooth!

My FOURTH scheduled installation resulted in delivery and easy fast clean installation with haul-away. The team was great. BUT the first THREE scheduled installations resulted in THREE no-contact no-shows. After waiting all day EACH TIME, I had to call in, fight through the helpful (ha ha) automated system to get to hold (for ~20 minutes EACH TIME) pending the availability of a person to answer my call, then sit on hold for about 45 minutes EACH TIME while that person tried to find out where my dishwasher was, only to be rescheduled with another delivery date. Getting the delivery to actually occur was REALLY FRUSTRATING.

Came and did everything fast. Took out old dishwasher and put in other one in about 30 minutes. Have had no problems since then.

My new Bosch dishwasher is a dream. Very quiet and energy efficient. Not giving it 5 stars because it doesn't have an energy savings dry cycle, but other than that, it's great!
