The installers were courteous and punctual. So far I have not have any problems with the installation. They cleaned up at the end.

I was concerned about a tight fit and installation in the existing space plus the power, water and other issue such as Steam drying and Cold water washing. The crew did a fantastic job and made everything work plus runnig a test in front of me and explaining the functions.

Was a quick installation. Installer ran a cycle to test it. Can't tell for certain if the leveling is slightly off.

The actual installation was great. The two guys showed up, installed the dishwasher, showed us how it worked, cleaned up, and headed out. Who could ask for more? Well, having them come out when the dishwasher was delivered would have been a good start. We arranged and paid for delivery and installation. However, the store employees failed to schedule it. Not taking away any points, because the installation (when we finally got it) went great. Just make sure the store schedules it correctly.

The guys that came out to install our dishwasher not only did an excellent job of installing the dishwasher (and saving us a lot of time!) BUT they pointed out (and repaired) a flaw in the previous dishwasher's installation that caused our home a risk. Very grateful for their attention to detail.

The tech called prior to arrival. He was excellent from beginning to the end. He made sure to be careful with installation and had no problems getting the dishwasher to fit like a glove. He educated us on our appliance. We will use this service again with future purchases.

Great service over all. Excellent communication before installation. Person who came from 7th Ave Appliance, Fargo, for installation was prompt, punctual, organized, tidy and courteous. Went above and beyond to look for any signs of wear to flooring, plumbing and cabinets before installing the dishwasher.

Installation required a water hammer arrester. The installer did an excellent job by proving a new electric plug and installing water hammer arrester.

No issue with the installation itself but the reschedule process was a nightmare! The installers were quick and considerate of thier surroundings but the schedule availability was nuts.

The installation crew did a good job. Some additional information on the dishwasher’s operation would have been beneficial.

This kit came with everything you need to install your new dishwasher. It has a quality made power cord, wire nuts, strain relief, water intake hose, 90 degree hose adapter, brass fittings and Teflon tape. With this kit, the installation of my new dishwasher was easy and I have had no problems with it at all.

The two installers were very careful, wore their booties and masks. They were timely and a good job installing the Samsung dishwasher. I loved not hearing my first load!

Installers were quick, respectful of property, and did an excellent job of how to use!

The installer showed up on time did the install and left no media behind. He did a great job.

Came and did everything fast. Took out old dishwasher and put in other one in about 30 minutes. Have had no problems since then.

Installers were great. Friendly, efficient. Until they left. When I tried to run a cycle Got an “E:24” number! Drain pump blocked. Installers came back, checked, said I needed a replacement. So far no follow up.

So far I'm loving it. It has so many options, is soundless and gets the dishes sparkling. That said, I've only had it a few days. They should really wait 6 months before they ask you for a review.

We were very happy with the installation of our dishwasher. We had an issue with it not draining after the 1st use, the installer came out and found and repaired the problem with the air hose. My only complaint is: I told him I was unhappy with the noise the top rack was making, he said he would go to the store to check the floor model, to see how it sounds. He promised to call me back. He never called me back, so I contacted Whirlpool directly. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up with installer and his manager, who I also called. So much for Geek Squad warranty and service. I expected more for $1,000 dishwasher install and service.
