Miguel was the guy that installed our new kitchen aid dishwasher! He was amazing! Installed it in no time, and even taught me how to use it as well as clean the filter! Very nice and personable! 5 star service for sure! Thank you Miguel!

These guys came on time, they were professional, friendly, courteous, and got the job done in short order. We chatted about current events and shared a smile. I would not hesitate to pay for installation services again.

They did a great job. The former dishwasher pipes came off the main in the crawl space, very difficult area to reach. They still somehow made it work. Definitely not a do it yourself guy, so this was worth every penny.

The gentlemen who installed my dishwasher called ahead the night before and half an hour before they arrived. They were courteous and did a great job with the installation. Explained to me how to use controls and left me a card if I had any questions or problems. Great job!

The installation and workers did a great job. The only issue was in the scheduling as The time of installation changed multiple time which affected my daily planning.

The 2 man team that installed our new Bosch dishwasher did an excellent job. They showed up on time and made quick work of getting the old machine out and the new one up and running, Would have taken me a lot longer to do the job and made getting the new dishwasher that much nicer.

The gentleman that came to install our dishwasher was very professional, knowedgeble, and friendly. He installed it quickly without difficulty and it works very well.

The installer was professional, did a great job and all is well. Only complaint I have is that at the time of scheduling the best Best Buy could do was give me a day. Let's just waste the customers time, it's not important to Best Buy. I was told by the installation company that he would be here between 2 and 4 PM. He calls me and tells me he will be there at 11:30. Well, I had gone to work figuring I could come home in the afternoon. So I had to bolt and zoom home to let the installer in. Again, it tells me that my time isn't important to Best Buy. News flash, people have to work to afford to buy your appliances.

These guys were totally amazing, they came in took out the old dishwasher, unpacked the new one, inspected and replaced the old water line and power box, installed the new one, adjusted it, cleaned up, showed me the manual, went over the basic usage and off they went, loved the install team.

Guys who installed appliances were very professional and thorough. They worked very quickly and took time to explain appliances.

The installers showed up pretty much on time. The installers did call from NOVA to let us know the delivery time which was a little later than our original Best Buy delivery time, but they did give us 24 hours notice. The installers installed the dishwasher quickly and efficiently.

Installers showed up before appointment but did call first to make sure that it was okay. They ended up doing a good job after borrowing tools from me.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and frigadaire disposal. Both are excellent products which i would give 5 stars. However the deliver installation team was not professional or knowledgable. It took 4 appointments before they installed the dishwasher. Each time they came out they told me something had to be done. I had to an electrical plug installed shut off valves and part of my floor removed. I was okay with having to have the requirements completed but couldnt they have given me all requirements at once? They also told me they couldnt remove the dishwasher but the floor tech pulled it right out. It took a month after the purchase date for installations. I would give the installers one star.
