Perfect communication on arrival (we had to reschedule a few times because of COVID, but Best Buy made extraordinary efforts to stay in touch). Arrived when scheduled, and no issues with installation.

The first dishwasher delivered was installed fine, before we noticed an imperfection. A second crew had to remove that dishwasher, and install another one. Both crews that did the installations worked quickly, and seemed competent in what they did.

Its a dishwasher okay. It washes dishes. The best thing is it's noise level. Virtually nonexistent. Thankfully it has a light that lets you know it's running.

They did a great job had trouble getting the old one out, but installing was seamless

Installers text day before and called before they came, same day. Arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and abided by covid and respectful house rules.

We have had this dishwasher for almost a month now and we love it. It is super quiet which we wanted bc our kitchen opens up to our living area. The Best Buy installer was very professional, clean, and did a great job.

After having to reschedule numerous times due to Covid we finally had it installed and are very happy with the machine and installers Professional fast and clean. Good response from store regarding install.

I don’t know if anyone at BB Office reads this. The crew was good. Being hit up for the additional $95 plumbing was a bummer. It was a $35 part at the most, they were already here and I paid for the full installation. He didn’t have to do the electrical junction box that was part of the labor. So the 5 minute plumbing cost should have been waived instead of the electric. I calculate I paid $60 extra for nothing!

We are very pleased with th quietness of operation. The 2 features we like are; 1) the bottom up direct spay for silver basket & 2) the additional fan drying capability.

We appreciate the install service....Installers removed and carried away old dishwasher at the time they delivered and installed the new one.

The service tech was on time and effectively installed the dishwasher perfectly level and flush with the counter tops.

First off, the actual installation performed by the technicians went well, as they were both professional, and did a very good job. Now, for the rest of the story. I purchased this dishwasher on 2/23, and set up a delivery date of the afternoon of March 2nd. Around lunchtime on the day of delivery, I got a call from the delivery service,(The Geek Squad, or as found the real name of Installations Inc.) Someone called telling me that their delivery truck broke down and wouldn't be able to do the install. Then he preceded to ask me which delivery date was more convenient to me, March 18th, or the 27th? I replied that those dates were totally unacceptable, as that the closed date was 16 days away. I asked the man, as to why they could not use another truck, or rent one. He could not give me an answer. I was very upset, and wanted to talk to his Supervisor. He told me he would call me, which he didn't. Later in the day, someone else called, who was not a Supervisor, asking me again, which date was acceptable, the 18th, or 27th? Again, I said neither date is unacceptable, as they were 16 plus days away. Again, I asked to talk to a Supervisor, and still to this day, have not talked to one. I went back to Best Buy to talk to the woman I had purchased the dishwasher from. She was also a floor supervisor, and her name was Franki. She was very polite, and told me she would check into it, and call me back. She never did. A few days later, I did however talk to her Supervisor, and I believe her name was Rose. She was very understanding, and also gave me an additional 100.00 off of my purchase, and got my delivery moved up to the 13th. I still wasn't happy with the date, but she said she had no control over the delivery dates, as they are contracted out. I thanked her for her efforts. Finally, the day before the delivery, I got a call to confirm my delivery. She told me my time would be between, 4-8 pm. I told her I had a very important appointment that evening at 7pm, and I needed an earlier appointment. She told me, she would put me at the front of the list, and I told her that they could even show up earlier than 4pm, as I would be home. She told me that she would try for earlier than 4pm, but that worst case scenario, I would be first on the delivery list. Again I was disappointed, as the installation team showed up at 7:15pm, and I missed my scheduled appointment that was at 7pm. So, because of a broken down truck, it still took an additional 11 days, and I also missed an important appointment. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again, that requires an installation. Stay away from the Geek Squad, and consider yourself warned.

Only complaint is that the prongs to hold plates are short and at an angle. Our plates are thick so we have to load in every other slot. Everything else is great!

We were very pleased with the installation service on our new dishwasher. The service was quick, and the workspace was left clean and neat. The Technician was friendly and fully explained the operation and features of the new dishwasher. We did have a problem with an original schedule being missed because the unit was damaged when they went to pick it up; but a second installation date was set four days later and everything went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. The plan was for the old dishwasher to be put on our drive to be picked up later but the installer had plenty of room on his truck so he took it with him - another "win" as far as we are concerned. Highly recommend the service.

The installation was excellent. I didn't trust the set up under the sink with the old one and the tech rerouted the drain and it is functioning much better. thank you!

Bought dishwasher on 11/11/2023. Installation was scheduled for 11/28/2024. On 11/24/2023 received an email stating that installation had been cancelled due to there weren't any more dishwashers available. Went to store the following day to find out what was going on, The customer service representative told us we were on the schedule and that they had dishwashers at the warehouse. No call from installers, the store did not know who the installers were or if they would show up. On 11/28/2023, installers called 10 minutes before showing up on the door. Came in and installed the dishwasher in 25 minutes and left. No instructions on how to operate, left instruction book on the counter and they left. No greetings upon arrival or when they left.
