The install (and removal of the old dishwasher) was pretty straightforward and I had no issues in the process. Delivered, installed, and hauled away the old one with no problems.

I purchased the My Best Buy membership and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease at how smoothly it worked. I notified Best Buy and the difference between the purchase price and reduced price was refunded immediately.

Bought a new lg dishwasher (same one) from a big box home improvement store, they took over 4 weeks for delivery, I never got it. I called Best Buy, got the same dishwasher for a better price, and had it installed in less than 10 days. And the installers were great! Highly recommend!!

The gentleman that installed my diswasher was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to make sure that we were competely satisfied with everything. He answered all our questions and even explained some features not discussed in the store. Excellent experience.

The technicians that came to install my new dishwasher were very knowledgable. The old dishwasher came out quickly and the new went in easily. They were courteous and explained how to run it which saved me time reading over the instruction manual. Total time to install was under 45 minutes.

I enjoyed talking with them, but they remained attentive, are clearly very accustomed to DW installation. They made it look really easy. Removed the old one, were cautious about cabinetry etc. I was very pleased! I think the whole thing was about 45 minutes.

Tech knew what to do. Had the dishwasher immediately in house after ringing door bell. He removed floor molding which was good. Dishwasher ran on first try. Tech was very personable, clean, wore mask and happy to be working.

Dishwasher was installed a little crooked. Also had a little damage to the wood trim surrounding it but dishwasher works great.
