Technicians were timely, professional, and knowledgeable.

The BB technicians installed the new dishwasher professionally and we have had no problems.

They came to install it, but the fittings werent correct. It was going to be another $300 for them to change the fitting or the pipe. i had to reschedule them to come back out and do that, and in the mean time they left the washer,and my old washer, just in the garage. they didnt even haul the old one off. when they came back out, they got everything in and its working great.

Cleans dishes good and is very quiet. Racks do not hold as many dishes as the LG dishwasher I replaced. The geek squad drove in my yard and did not put all the screws in the cover plate.

Installer had some difficulties in connecting our unit, but eventually got it finished and it has worked perfectly.

The installation was done quickly and efficently by the technicians. They were very professional & were knowledgeable about what they were doing. When they left, there was no idication they were even here.

Installer noticed I had a problem with pipe. I contacted plumber, he was right!! I did, in fact it was serious. I repaired it rescheduled installation all was smooth!

They are very careful moving misc away in the kitchen. Cleaned up everything afterwards. More importantly installed the dishwasher with much attention to detail, fully tested it and informed me how to operate the dishwasher. The dishwasher runs so quietly and everything comes out clean.

After being told the machine would be delayed two weeks it showed up on time. Install was timely and without issue. Communication with install company was good.

My installer was professional, friendly, and informative. He told me more about the product and it's features, than the sales guy! It was installed neatly, they took my old one to the curb for garbage day, and then he showed me how to use my new dishwasher. Very pleased with the service.

Install Team was excellent. Had the whole kitchen appliance package installed with removal of old. Team was very cautious, clean, and courteous. Good communication, offered instructions, seemed to take pride in work and made sure everything was lined up and working properly.

Dishes come out cleaner than any dishwasher I have had in the past. I love the third tray, and it’s nice that you can remove it when you need the space for tall items that need to go in the middle rack. Very quiet.

The delivery/installation team was very thorough and ensured everything was well taken care of including the level balancing. They even installed a new electrical outlet to meet new code requirements.
