the installer and his apprentice have been very professional - the old dishwasher was an antique piece and they had to use their creativity

Excellent job, & super fast. I was worried my dishwasher wasn’t going to fit, but as soon as they got here they made it fit & in less than 30 minutes they were done!

Perfect communication on arrival (we had to reschedule a few times because of COVID, but Best Buy made extraordinary efforts to stay in touch). Arrived when scheduled, and no issues with installation.

Best Buy's third party company sent people to install a dishwasher. The crew was nice, knowledgable, and worked very well together. They answered questions and explained things to me. The only issue was the leveling of the dishwasher. They explained it was level and that my counter was not. They had to come back anyway, so I had them level the dishwasher per the installation instructions.

Had never had professional installation before. Was happy with technician that came. He worked very efficiently and showed me a few key things about running my new dishwasher before leaving. Placed my old washer out in garage to make it easier for us to haul away.

The instalation was done very professionally and efficiently. They checked all the operstions and nade sure the water drained correctly with no leaks under the sink. I was very happy.

Very quiet and I mean quiet ! Barely notice it running except for water changes. Overall functions and display to controls seem proper and easy to work.

They installed our dishwasher in about 30 min without any problems. They did tell me that the drain was not installed correctly but our plumber said it's fine.

the space was tight and the old dishwasher was trapped behind a new wood floor. the guy they sent did a brilliant job, managed to lever up the counter just enough to squeeze the old one out and the new one in without leaving a scratch anywhere. 5 STARS and many thanks to him!

We received great communication from the Geek Squad with updates on our scheduled delivery and install of the dishwasher. The service provider was quick, efficient and cleaned up after removing the old dishwasher. Would definitely use this service again.

The man who removed our old dishwasher and installed our new one and as so great. He was very friendly and explained to me the problems he ran into removing the old one because it was installed wrong. He showed me how to use the new one when he was as done

I run the dishwasher after dinner; in the morning they are clean and dry, which are my 2 main requirements. The quiet operation is a bonus. The door is a little tight and the controls require careful reading of the manual, but not really a problem.

The installation went very smoothly and quickly. The installer took extra time to make sure it was level. He showed us the basics of running it. Glad we did not try to install ourselves.

This is an extremely quiet dishwasher that does a really good job of cleaning dishes. Although the wash times are a little long, they aren't unreasonable, and the dishes come out very clean. Buttons are easy to operate and the racks are sturdy.

After having to reschedule numerous times due to Covid we finally had it installed and are very happy with the machine and installers Professional fast and clean. Good response from store regarding install.
