The installers were efficient and well-mannered. They called to let me know they were on their way and then once again before entering my home. All went well.

Installer seemed very knowledgeable about the tasks he was performing and the products he was installing. Install went a little rough, but it was due to my house not his abilities in my opinion. Bestbuy uses a 3rd part for installs so don't rely to heavily on the timeframe bestbuy gives you and take off work like I did. It will likely be different and can change at any moment if one of the installs take a little longer like mine. Don't be a perfectionist like my wife and you will be happy. Compared to the time and results I would have obtained doing it myself I am content with the service.

They installed our dishwasher really good. It was really convenient since we did not have to find the person to install the dishwasher.

The original guys sent noticed a dent and issues with the inside of my washer and did not bother to install it. The next crew did a great job installing I could not be more pleased.

Installer did a really, really great job. He worked methodically and neatly. Was very respectful of property and knew what he was doing. He had good product knowledge and answered all my questions. Very professional.

We were very pleased with the installation of our dishwasher. The installers kept us informed of their arrival, and, once at our house, they were very fast, friendly, and professional. They had the old dishwasher out and the new one in, connected, and tested in little more than 30 minutes. If you need your dishwasher installed, we could not recommend Best Buy’s installation service more highly.

Its a dishwasher okay. It washes dishes. The best thing is it's noise level. Virtually nonexistent. Thankfully it has a light that lets you know it's running.

The dishwasher install team were friendly and did the job correctly. They were honest as some plumbing was needed to keep the warranty and the job was done on the spot to keep the install occuring.

First off, the actual installation performed by the technicians went well, as they were both professional, and did a very good job. Now, for the rest of the story. I purchased this dishwasher on 2/23, and set up a delivery date of the afternoon of March 2nd. Around lunchtime on the day of delivery, I got a call from the delivery service,(The Geek Squad, or as found the real name of Installations Inc.) Someone called telling me that their delivery truck broke down and wouldn't be able to do the install. Then he preceded to ask me which delivery date was more convenient to me, March 18th, or the 27th? I replied that those dates were totally unacceptable, as that the closed date was 16 days away. I asked the man, as to why they could not use another truck, or rent one. He could not give me an answer. I was very upset, and wanted to talk to his Supervisor. He told me he would call me, which he didn't. Later in the day, someone else called, who was not a Supervisor, asking me again, which date was acceptable, the 18th, or 27th? Again, I said neither date is unacceptable, as they were 16 plus days away. Again, I asked to talk to a Supervisor, and still to this day, have not talked to one. I went back to Best Buy to talk to the woman I had purchased the dishwasher from. She was also a floor supervisor, and her name was Franki. She was very polite, and told me she would check into it, and call me back. She never did. A few days later, I did however talk to her Supervisor, and I believe her name was Rose. She was very understanding, and also gave me an additional 100.00 off of my purchase, and got my delivery moved up to the 13th. I still wasn't happy with the date, but she said she had no control over the delivery dates, as they are contracted out. I thanked her for her efforts. Finally, the day before the delivery, I got a call to confirm my delivery. She told me my time would be between, 4-8 pm. I told her I had a very important appointment that evening at 7pm, and I needed an earlier appointment. She told me, she would put me at the front of the list, and I told her that they could even show up earlier than 4pm, as I would be home. She told me that she would try for earlier than 4pm, but that worst case scenario, I would be first on the delivery list. Again I was disappointed, as the installation team showed up at 7:15pm, and I missed my scheduled appointment that was at 7pm. So, because of a broken down truck, it still took an additional 11 days, and I also missed an important appointment. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again, that requires an installation. Stay away from the Geek Squad, and consider yourself warned.

Best Buy's Tech installed a dishwasher in our kitchen. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why. He also wore covering over his shoes as to not mar the flooring, and very careful when bringing the appliance into our home

Dishes are clean and dry. Wash/dry cycle a bit long. Virtually silent. The installer was excellent. Did a careful job with the installation, explained operation of the machine to us.

The two man team that did the installation, deserves more than five stars. They were helpful and did the job well. I am so glad that I did not go to any other box store. Thank you
