The dishwasher works fine. Since the old dishwasher was wired directly, there was no plug and no need for an outlet. The installer charged over $100 to provide an outlet. Unfortunately, he simply attached the outlet box to the wall, rather than sinking it flush into the wall. I didn't realize that the dishwasher wouldn't fit unless the outlet was flush with the wall. There were other problems that prevented him from doing the complete installation (not his fault). In the process of fixing the flooring problem, I had to over $100 to have the outlet box made flush with the wall as should have been done. Lesson learned. It would have been better if either he or the young lady who was helping him had been fluent in English.

Still getting used to the new dishwasher. I have had to dry some things after the cycle ended. The two installers were very polite, professional asks pleasant to talk too. They completed the installation as quickly as possible and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

The dishwasher is very quiet when running. Dishes come out very clean. It is difficult to see what cycle it is on due to location of the operating panel.

Had Best Buy install my new dishwasher 2 years ago. It just stopped working and I found out the installers had no clue what they were doing and almost burned the house down. I would not ever trust Best Buy TotalTech with anything electrical. The wire nuts that were on the neutral and ground wires had melted. The hot wires were just twisted and taped but the tape is all burnt off. Best Buy wants to charge me $125 to just diagnose the problem. The problem is their installation.

The serviceman who installed the dishwasher was thorough and meticulous during the installation. He explained and demonstrated the operation of the dishwasher completely. He was a complete professional.

Best Buy couldn’t install our new dishwasher because of our plumbing problems. They were right. After they dropped off the dishwasher, we called our plumbers to correct the problem. Your installers made the correct decision because our plumber had to fix the problem and it took them a lot of work. We may have been frustrated with your installers but they were right.

The installation went very well. The installer was knowledgeable and explained some of the features to us, he was also careful and took his time to do the job right.

They came, they grumbled about how their colleagues destroyed the valve holder. Then they seemed to do a good job of installing it.

The gentleman that installed the new dishwasher was very nice. He was careful when moving items in and out of the house. He gave us good run down on using the new washer. Very much appreciated his professionalism.

The installation staff were very courteous, pleasant and quickly completed the job without any issues.

I considered installing the dishwasher myself but used Best Buy delivery and installation. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Cleaned up under the old dishwasher as well as any minor mess when removing the old. People were courtious and professional.

Install of unit was fine, but water connection and drain connection could have been better. Water hose and drain were linked and in the way of other items in cabinet below sink. More than a little water was left in cabinet that could have been wiped up. Had to have unit replaced due to problem with heated drying control, and replacement install was much better - almost no water in cabinet, and lines not kinked.

Great installation. The installer knew what he was doing, and had it in in 15 minutes. Working great.

The installers charged us for some plumbing fixtures they stated were old. This was unexpected. No one came out to take dimensions to ensure the right fit for the dishwasher, although everything worked out ok.
